We shared everything:
•Gillardeau oysters n°2 (10/10): so fresh and flavorful
•Crevettes grises: not my favorite, wouldn’t order again
•Oursins: not my favorite
•Scallop carpaccio (6/10)
•Avocado & cocktail shrimp (8/10): fresh and tasty
•Profiteroles (10/10)
•Baba au rhum: didn’t try it
The ambiance is fancy but still relaxed, and the staff is friendly.
I’d definitely come back to try more of their cooked dishes
The way this situation was handled was unprofessional, and the senior staff member’s attitude came across as impolite and dismissive. This significantly affected our dining experience.
Additionally, when paying the bill (€134), we were pressured to leave a tip. Although we eventually added 10%, we felt very uncomfortable doing so, especially given the service we had received.
This was our first visit to Paris, and it is unfortunate that such an experience left us with a very negative impression of this restaurant. We cannot recommend it and will not return.
Ordered water, wine and a lot of food but waiters forget to bring out water and wine until we asked again and that was after they brought out some dishes.
We ordered the escargot as an appetizer, which, quite frankly, didn’t justify the wait. Our kids meal receive with appetizer and the main courses? We were left waiting until 9:45 PM! We had to follow up twice, and not once did the staff apologize for the delay.
To make matters worse, we never received our bottle of wine and the ice cream for the kids. The service was not only slow but also felt incredibly unprofessional, as we didn’t feel treated with any respect or equality.
Not only was the food lackluster, but the entire atmosphere was ruined by poor service. This was supposed to be a special celebration, but instead, it turned into a stressful ordeal.
I absolutely do not recommend this restaurant. We will never be returning again. It was a terrible experience, and I genuinely regret choosing this restaurant for such an important occasion.
