The service was excellent and the atmosphere genuinely lovely — warm, welcoming, and even accompanied by live jazzy music, which made the evening really pleasant. The presentation of the dishes was beautiful and the wine list was solid (my Chablis pairing was great).
Unfortunately, the food execution didn’t match the setting. I ordered the prawn risotto: visually stunning, but the risotto was extremely overcooked, to the point where the rice had lost all texture. The prawns themselves looked great but were overcooked and rubbery, with a tough, snappy bite.
A real shame, because the place clearly has potential and gets so many other things right — service, ambiance, plating, and wine. If the kitchen tightens up the cooking, it could be excellent.

Bouquet Saint Paul is such a charming spot in a lovely area! The space inside is pretty small but feels cozy and inviting. We started with the Camembert appetizer, which was delicious, and for the mains, we had the burger and truffle pasta—both were super tasty. The service was good, and I love the real candle light at the table, feels romantic. Definitely a great place to stop by for a nice meal!

We had the brunch and had to wait 30-45 mins in between courses, and when the food finally came, it was cold. We ordered extra coffees and had to wait 20 mins. The table next to us asked for the bill and had to wait over 15 mins. Food quality was okay-ish but definitely not worth the money.

I would start with the excellent staff, very friendly and caring and talkative. The service is good, but it would be better to improve it.
I can say they have the best cocktails as a restaurant.
For the food, I was amazed by the appetizers, but deceived by the dishes!

We stopped here on a rainy day when we were exploring the area in 2 weeks in Paris! It has such a cute, cozy vibe — exactly what we were looking for! The croque-mademoiselle was fantastic! I had the salmon bowl, and it had so much flavor and felt like really fresh ingredients. I would highly recommend this if you’re in the area! The hot wine too was nice!

My husband and I came here to enjoy a simple dinner while listening to some nice live music. We so appreciated the musicians and the fact they have a baby grand piano. The ambiance and service created a nice experience. The food was good, decent portions.
