Previous experience:
Never in 20 years of coming to the Rio casino or Vegas in general-have I waited in a line outside of a food court restaurant-only to be told by the cashier-“she has a lot of orders and she’s not taking any.”
I’ve never heard anything like that! Either they’re open or they’re closed and if it’s busy that you have to wait longer for your order to come up!
The tall African-American lady looked over as if angry at the customers-like she’s overworked-that’s not the customer’s fault!
The comment made by the Latino lady at the register was so unusual-combined with it being a loud environment of a casino-I thought she said we don’t have any White Castle burgers! When she said something totally unusual-we’re not placing any orders!
Actually this is the first time in my lifetime I’ve been to a food court restaurant where they said something like that!
What kind of management and ownership does this place have? You don’t have customers stand in the line to tell them something like that. If you do that to a customer-you have them stand in line and you’re unable to serve them- meal! Then…
She said I had to go to the kiosk! What difference would that make?!
After waiting in line I’m expected to walk across the food court to go stand at a kiosk?!
Worst customer service ever. Lifetime worst. I went to the chicken place instead where they took my order face-to-face!
AND THEY ARE WONDERING WHY LAS VEGAS HAS PROBLEMS?!
WHEN WORKERS DECIDE THAT THEY OWN THE STORE AND THEY CAN ACT ANY WAY THEY WANT-THAT TENDS TO KILL OFF BUSINESS!
I got home and everything was still warm since I live close by. The Onion Rings were large and plentiful , but nothing to brag about , pretty plain. They need some kind of seasoning in the batter. The Double Smashburger was kind of small , but filling enough. The flavor again was just okay , nothing to write home about. I was hoping it would be better , but honestly the smashburger at Sonic is better and cheaper and I rarely go to Sonic. I’m glad I got this for free. I don’t think I will be back and the same for Tony Luke’s , terrible cheesesteak.
Seriously though, $8 for a smash burger in Las Vegas?! Count me in!
Attaboy Burger is located in the new Canteen Food Hall at the Rio Hotel in Las Vegas, and I was visiting as part of a video to try a little something from most of the spots located here.
Attaboy Burger and several of the other places left me legitimately impressed and surprised at just how much I enjoyed it!
The food hall space is a bit small, but honestly kind of cozy and comfortable.
Attaboy is very noticeable with its colorfully yellow decor, and it was one of the first spots I was drawn to.
I also found myself impressed by the prices here, with the single smash burger starting at only $8 – that’s a steal in Las Vegas!!
The burger was ready very quickly after ordering and service was very friendly.
Upon trying, I found it well-cooked, tender, cheesy, and very flavorful.
It’s a little small, but I feel like it’s enough to fill you up for a quick bite or for lunch.
I enjoyed that it wasn’t overpowering or heavy and felt the sauce, meat, and cheese inside all perfectly complimented each other.
All that being said, if you’re craving a cheap and flavorful smash burger, definitely stop by Attaboy Burger!
This is a great new addition and wonderfully tasty spot in the Rio Las Vegas!
Great burger, it was so juicy. Reminiscent of in n out flavor, maybe even better tho. Sauce and pickles were killer and burger so juicy and even tho somewhat smashed and thin patties actually was perfectly medium rare, just a tad pink, which is a very rare thing for thinner burgers like this. They didn’t yet have a lettuce wrap option tho said might soon, but was fine just like that. Will need to come back and try with their bun eventually see how much better it gets how great their ratios are with, but so far a new burger for the top of lists in town
Service was good
