Almost every day since they opened, I order the omelet with breakfast potatoes, which is customizable at the kiosk. I go with cheddar cheese, spinach, peppers, onions and ham. They also have a few really solid sandwich and wrap options that I like too. For me, it makes going into the office something I look forward too again.

This is our companies first experience with Atrium Food Market and they are receiving a 10/10. Everyone enjoyed our breakfast for lunch Mardi Gras Celebration. Potatoes, scrambled eggs, bacon, turkey sausage, pancakes, and fresh (made day of ) biscuits were beautifully displayed. We are excited to use them for our next catering need!

A nice quick lunch service with a variety of options. Convenient to not have to walk outside in the winter if you work in the atrium building or any of the offices connected through the skywalk

They have a wide variety to choose from and everything I’ve had has been delicious, from the Strawberry Frenchtoast, to the Chicken Alfredo and even the little charcuterie boxes they sell in their freezer. The portions are huge in my opinion, more than I can usually eat.

I’m really impressed with how quickly they get my food ready. It looks SUPER busy between noon and one, but I try and go at either 9 for breakfast or 11 for lunch and they always get my food out to me before my scheduled pick up time. I highly recommend ordering online.

So grateful to have a place to eat thats connected to the sky walk.

Took me three minutes from the moment I ordered from the kiosk to get a delicious spicy fried chicken patty burger with extra pickles and Asian coleslaw. Fries could’ve been a little warmer, but the flavor was all there! Today was their official opening so I’m sure they’re still working out kinks.

Upon entry this place looked like it was going to be my next go-to downtown for lunch. Unfortunately, everything fell apart quickly. You have to order on a kiosk, you cannot customize orders, and the portion sizes are tiny. Overall, it was a debacle all the way through the whole lunch process. The group I was with all decided we will not come back. There were people standing around directing you to kiosks. Why not just work a cash register? Great idea, food was average, but the whole process sucks.

First and foremost – the food is delicious! I just wish they had more food options and bigger portion sizes for what you pay. Also, they hardly make anything customizable. They also have big screen tvs with pictures on them, but it would be nice if those screens displayed the menu options, what order number they’re working on, what order number is ready, etc. There are also no signs that point newbies to where they should order. Hopefully those kinks get worked out.

Great experience! I was able to enjoy 2 meals here during a brief stay in Cincinnati. The building is beautiful and the Atrium Food Market adds a level of distinguishment that completely changes both the breakfast and lunch experience for those working in the city. If you’ve gotten accustomed to ordering your food with limited interaction (shout out to all my fellow introverts) or if you love a good mingle (extroverts can shine here too!), this provides both options as well as unparalleled variety that changes daily (with constants that you can always rely on).

Great food, wonderful atmosphere, and gym in the building if you need it. Well done Atrium!

The employees ignore you because you’re supposed to order at a kiosk but the kiosk didn’t have any options for the prepared food. There was a “soup” option that said “no items available “ and a “self scan” option that obviously wouldn’t work for food that is supposed to be prepared.
Great concept but completely worthless.

Way over priced for what little food you get. Very chaotic, no description of what comes on sandwiches. Slaw on chicken sandwich, nasty. Make it plain and folks can add what they want. Not impressed, wont go back.
