Well, unfortunately we didn’t get to experience the actual area of the bar as it was undergoing renovations, but it was a lovely site nevertheless!
The service was outstanding, and combined with Italian friendly hospitality, chefs kiss.
The drinks were delicious although the size of them was a bit smaller than I would’ve liked.
Food? We had a salad and a burger, the burger was fantastic but the salad was really nothing special unfortunately. So that takes 4/5 stars in the food department

We were at Atrium Bar for tea and had a wonderful, peaceful experience. The space is elegant and calm, with beautiful design and a serene atmosphere inside the Four Seasons Florence. The tea selection was excellent, served with care and accompanied by delicate pastries. It felt luxurious yet welcoming, with attentive and professional service. It’s an ideal spot to take a quiet break from the busy city. While on the expensive side, the experience, setting, and service make it worthwhile. A refined and relaxing afternoon treat.

The worthy first experience at Four Seasons: not only we experience the discrete and efficient service, we also being able to enjoy a nice bottle of white wine (complimentary pickles not so nice) in a beautiful and comfortable seating and finishing with a cup of coffee. The price is high, but is to balance with the luxury.
The main luxury of this place is in fact not inside but outside, where we wandering in their large private park with so nice statues and trees. The park has an access for customers of Four Seasons villas.

Truly outstanding service on such an incredible property. Took my mum for an afternoon tea to end our trip in Florence, glad to say it was the perfect way to end the afternoon. We were warmly welcomed and encouraged to explore the stunning property. The kitchen was kind enough to let us start the afternoon tea early, all the treats were delicious, I recommend trying their exclusive teas by Via del Té, both choices were equally stunning. Highly recommend for an unforgettable experience!

We returned to the Four Seasons Florence after staying here last year, and once again it was a truly unforgettable experience. The Atrium Bar has become our favorite spot in the hotel, and this time we chose it to celebrate our daughter’s freshman year at the NYU Florence campus in Villa la Pietra.
We were fortunate to be looked after by Leonardo, whose service was outstanding — gentle, funny, professional, and attentive in every detail. He even surprised our daughter with a thoughtful treat to mark this special milestone, which made the evening all the more memorable.
The combination of the refined setting, warm hospitality, and Leonardo’s exceptional service made the Atrium Bar the perfect place to celebrate. We cannot recommend it highly enough, and we look forward to returning again soon.

Love the cocktail experience as I personally come for the cocktail. I enjoy “The Self-made Man”. Also ordered “the Pope” but not my favorite. Overall great service and experience. Would love to come back and try different cocktails.

For a 5 star aperitivo or just a late night drink – escape into the comfort of the Atrium Bar at the Four Seasons Hotel. Delicious appetizers (salmon blinis were super tasty), well-made drinks (based on the likes of famous sport, cinema and music personalities), yummy bar snacks (those caramelized nuts are definitely addictive). Multilingual, friendly and accommodating staff will take good care of you. Thankfully, unlike most places, it’s not overcrowded (but certainly not empty). The prices are higher than an average bar, but completely appropriate for the place! A great place overall – comfortable, upscale. I recommend it!

A classy bar run by Edo Sandri within Four Seasons Florence, the most majestic hotel in the world. If I want to feel like a million bucks, this bar does it for me every time.

After a long day of sightseeing, walking 22K steps including 463 steps up & dowm in the Florence Duomo & 414 steps in Giotto’s bell tower, I treated myself to a luxurious charcuterie at the Four Seasons. The Chianti Reserve was fabulous, velvety and exactly what I hoped for. The charcuterie was off menu, but featured 5 Florentine cheeses, 5 Florentine meats, dots of rich berry jam, olive oil, balsamic vinger, rocket and more bread than this low carb girl has seen in a year. The experience was elevated to perfection by Four Seasons amazing service.
