We have known about this place for a while but went for the first time the other day. We didn’t know what to expect.
When you get there, you can look at the menu and get in line. You order and pay before being seated. They were pretty busy on a Sunday, but still had tables available and were cleaning them. They do serve alcohol.
I got the birria scramble, which was pretty good. Not the most flavorful birria that I’ve ever had, but still very good. My husband’s Philly cheesesteak and sweet potato fries were definitely on point.
I plan on going back to try the fisherman’s Benny at some point!

The staff were incredibly nice and accommodating. My issue was specifically with the food: I ordered the Salmon Eggs Benedict and a waffle, and while the Benedict was cooked well, it really didn’t have any seasoning to add to the flavor. In addition, the syrup served with the waffle was coagulated, so the syrup behaved more like an egg white (slimy and chunky) so I didn’t eat much of the waffle.

The staff was friendly. The environment was fine and clean. The food though… what the hell. My protein pancake was literally green. They add green food coloring to their protein pancakes so they know it’s a protein pancake. It’s 2025 I think you can come up with a better system. Avocado was hard. Omelet was decent. The syrup that came out of my cup for the pancake (which I didn’t eat) looked like a jellyfish when I poured it out. Definitely some extremely fake artificial syrup. Literally is like a jellyfish it’s disgusting. Like what is this loogie cup.

Great breakfast place. First time there and my mother and I really enjoyed. Had the Atomic Omlette and it, along with the grilled potatoes was delicious. Nice full service bar to boot. Will be going back! Nice change from all the taquerias in Corpus Christi. Highly recommend you give it a try.

We have been eating here almost weekly and decided to bring family members who have never been here before and boy was it a poor decision. We waited about 1 hr 15 min for our food. Just because we were 6 people the lady manager decided to put our ticket off while other small tables ate first. We saw people who sat, got their food and left while we were still there waiting for our food. I saw the table right next to us who just barely sat down, get their food right away. The manager stated well they just ordered biscuits and gravy and I said well we had biscuits as well! That is not how you run a business. Food should be made to order. Not I will cook it when I feel like it….The manager did not care about our wait time or didn’t even bother to apologize. I can no longer recommend this place to family or friends. Btw the server Leilani is always so nice but can’t say the same for the manager.

I’m disappointed. For a name like Atomic Omelette, I was missing the flavor, presentation, and atmosphere to match. I do not recommend this place for a family breakfast or if you are very hungry. We stood in line for almost 30 minutes before we could order or sit down. The staff were standing around waiting for something to do and not friendly or engaging. Food was served about 30 min after we sat down, and everything was luke warm or cool. Even the potatoes were cool in the middle, like they were sitting around for too long. The crabcake portion and crawfish etouffee portion were tasty, so that is a plus. The rest of the flavor aspects were mediocre. I do not recommend the Atomic Omelette & Grill.

We tried this restaurant today and will definitely be back! We were seated right away and the staff were incredibly friendly. The food was fresh, delicious, and full of flavor. I also have to mention the coffee — it was amazing, and I’m still regretting not getting one to go! Highly recommend giving this place a try!

This was my second time eating here and made my first bad experience much better. The front cashier wasn’t very pleasant and was just there for the money. The food and our servers made it great. Una (spelling?) and Austin were awesome. They were very attentive and you could tell they actually cared. I ordered the veggie omelet. The potatoes are a bit spicy but i love hot food. If you are sensative to spice get an alternate. Thank you both

Mimosas are over priced for quality. Food is over priced for quality.. The omelette was cooked perfect and the potatoes were delicious. The toppings for the omelette weren’t to my expectations especially for the price. Atmosphere is good, Super, super clean (absolutely love that) the organization around the restaurant is great, The decor is nice and neat. Staff is friendly. 7.5/10 over all experience. Good for a one time experience!

This is my husband and I first time ever stepping foot in this restaurant & now it wld be our last due to the fact employees dont greet much less acknowledge the customers that come, when we came in we didnt know how it wkd. Leilani who was very kind and sweet and acknowledged us walked us through the entire process amd the way to the end. Just love her welcoming in tards us. As far as the food NOPE NOPE NOPE, hubby’s potatoes were raw his and my eggs were over cooked not over medium, I got the farmers feast and my potatoes were raw didnt finish them they for got my avocado and to my eggs were over cooked. The only thing that was good from our plates were our biscuits, took 20 mins for us to get our food and there were us and 3 other families… Alot of youngest wkn at that l, that dnt even smile or anything. Never again wld come to this place SMH
