Poblanos slider super tasty, one of my favorites.
Yesterday, I ordered 3 sliders ate half of one. Went to try the second and found a long black hair in it. Sent a review through toast to Atomic Burger. They advised to contact them directly and they would provide a refund. I called yesterday and left a message for a manager and got no return phone call. I called again today and same thing, no refund or return phone call. Not good customer service at all
Hands down, this is THE place for burger lovers! From the moment you walk in, you can tell this isn’t your average burger joint — and every bite proves it. The Atomic Burgers are an absolute blast of flavor: juicy, perfectly seasoned patties topped with bold, mouth-watering ingredients that hit just the right balance of spice and savory goodness.
But let’s talk about the fries — oh man, totally awesome doesn’t even begin to cover it. Crispy on the outside, fluffy on the inside, and seasoned to perfection. They’re the kind you keep coming back for long after your burger is gone!
The service is friendly, the atmosphere is fun, and every visit here feels like a win. If you’re in Metairie and craving an unforgettable burger with fries that might just be the best you’ve ever had — this place delivers 100%. Highly recommend!
Service: I was patiently waited on while I was looking at the menu. Idk if all orders are served in a paper bag, but mine was. I ripped it to use it as my plate. The burger is served in the half- open wrapper style, which I never understood, especially in a Togo bag.
Atmosphere: the floor was sticky. I couldn’t tell if it was where I was at, or from the front floor to the bathroom. But, now that I’m home and my shoes aren’t sticky, it leads me to believe the whole floor was sticky.
It wasn’t too noisy, and the tables were clean.
I would return to try more stuff on the menu. I had jamburger and atomic sliders and two was enough with fries and a drink to fill me up. Mind you I ordered 4 thinking I would eat at least 3.
I am writing to express my concern about an incident that occurred at your [insert location or city] location on [insert date]. My mother and I were dining there when we noticed an elderly gentleman who appeared to be disoriented and possibly experiencing early signs of dementia. His pants were wet, and he had his shoes off, clearly looking confused and lost.
Instead of offering him help or compassion, several staff members began laughing and talking about him inappropriately. The man wandered outside and back inside, still visibly confused, yet the employees treated him as if he were a threat rather than someone in need of assistance. I understand that unexpected situations can be challenging, but it was very disappointing to see such a lack of empathy and professionalism.
As someone who works in healthcare with patients who have dementia, I could tell that this man needed patience and understanding — not ridicule. This situation deeply upset me and my mother, as it reflected poorly on the restaurant and its values.
I hope that management will address this with staff through additional training on how to handle situations involving vulnerable adults respectfully and compassionately. No one deserves to be treated without dignity, especially in a public setting.
