I wish I could leave zero stars. I work in customer service and I hate leaving bad reviews but this was rediculous. We ordered a medium specialty pie, a personal with pineapple and an order of garlic knots. The email confirmation said 45 minutes which was fine, but an hour later we had heard or gotten nothing. I called and at first the guy on the phone was very short and didnt have a good customer service attitide, said he had no order then he found it and just said give me 20 minutes. Well a half hour later it arrives and was not worth the wait. I get that different places have different styles with crust and cheese and sauce, but there were maybe 5 pieces of pineapple on the personal pizza. Heres a picture of the personal pizza, anyone spy any pineapple?

This place used to be good. They must have a different cook. My coworker ordered a margarita pie. Instead of them calling letting her know they ran out of basil they just added garlic and tomatoes chunks and sent it out. Also my large pepperoni pizza looked like it was reheated, not made fresh. The pizza was burnt. Sides and ends of the pizza were curled in.
