My friend and I went to Atlas for the first time as they had a four course experience happening that ends at the end of February. We figured this would be the perfect early birthday celebration dinner. The course came with an amuse bouche, an appetizer, an entree and a dessert for $59 CAD. If you wanted a wine pairing, that could be added for an additional $20 CAD.
Our server, Shea was amazing! She was kind and provided exceptional serve! My friend had the wine pairing with her experience and every wine Shea brought out, she explained what it was. She even brought wine tastings for us to try throughout the night!! I had an espresso martini and I have to say, it was definitely one of the best ones I’ve had ever! I think Shea definitely made our girls night that much more better.
I’d love to go back to try items from their menu one of these days.

We went to ATLAS Steak + Fish for our anniversary and it exceeded all expectations. The atmosphere felt luxurious, the service was fantastic (our server Jon was amazing), and every dish was delicious.
The bruschetta was fresh and crisp, and the clams and mussels had a rich, smoky sauce that was incredible. The tomahawk pork and smoked chicken were both perfectly cooked and full of flavor.
They even surprised us with a flambéed baked Alaska for dessert, which was such a fun touch and tasted amazing.
We’ll definitely be back for our next special occasion!

Jason the server was amazing! He gave great recommendations for the wine and food as well. It was my first time here and thoroughly impressed. It’s better than some high end steak places in Vancouver. Seafood tower was fresh and the mac and cheese was one of the best I’ve had! And the bread! Wow. Highly recommend.

From the moment you walk into Atlas you know you’re in for a treat. The decor is classy, but not pretentious, making it warm and welcoming, just like the greeting you’ll get when you arrive. I didnt have high expectations of a restaurant at West Edmonton Mall, I’m not sure why, but it was an assumption I had but Atlas proved me wrong. Shea was our server and she fabulous in every detail; dressed appropriately, her hair, make up and outfit were classy and tasteful, giving a great first impression. She was friendly, very engaging and attentive yet not looming. The menu, has great options without being overwhelming. He had a ribsteak, I had the salmon tasted both and both were equally delicious. We had the brie mashed potatoes, they were divinely decadent, I added a lobster tail to my meal and it was cooked to perfection, so was it tender and sweet, we finished off with the salted caramel, creme brulee which was rich, . We both loved the knife selection, a unique and fun part of the experience. The evening was spectacular, the food was fantastic and the service by Shea was next level.
Shea also took the time to show us two different privaye dining rooms for larger groups which we may book in the future.
I highly recommend Atlas, the service is phenomenal, especially, if you get Shea, you, for the delicious food and for the atmosphere.

I have been to this restaurant 2 times in the last two months and I highly recommend it if you want to dress up, eat wonderful food, have spectacular service and basically have an awesome dining experience! The Caesar salad is prepared before you, the steaks and seafood are cooked perfectly and the baked Alaska is scrumptious and so great to watch as the server flambés it in front of your table. You will not be disappointed! Our server tonight was Cristian. He was entertaining, educational as he described the culinary delights and very attentive to our needs. Thank you.

Had an amazing Valentine’s Day dinner! The food was delicious and the drinks were perfectly balanced. The atmosphere was romantic and cozy, with a beautiful live piano taking over the background. Our server, Christian, was exceptional and attentive. We will definitely be back!

The table side Caesar salad for two was delicious. The mains were good as well, though my pasta was slightly cool and lacking flavour. My companion was very happy with his very large pork chop.
The side “enhancements” offered didn’t seem overly appealing for the price. The Brie potatoes were just okay.
The banana foster delivered both theatrics and taste with table side fire. and taste.
The beverages were nothing beyond what you would expect for a restaurant of this calibre. Nevertheless, the smoky old fashioned was a little pricey for its worth.
Service was exceptional.
The “special” knife selection ordeal is a bit awkward and is totally unnecessary.
Overall, we had a great evening.

We had such an amazing experience here! The food was absolutely delicious, every dish was fresh, full of flavour, and beautifully presented. Our server, Cristian, was fantastic. He was friendly, attentive, and made the whole meal even better with his great service.
