Firstly let me say the environment n atmosphere was clean n welcoming love the decor waiter (E.simon)did an amazing job very respectable n tend to our every needs as quickly as possible cocktail were ok have wide variety to choose from the Atlantis patter was delicious the vegetables fitters surprised n I enjoyed it I definitely will be going again for the seafood Friday highly recommend visiting Atlantis cuisine ❤️

The excellent customer service started when I simply called to make reservations. When I arrived, I was greeted by smiling faces. The atmosphere was beautiful and the even though I was there for buffet brunch, the staff was constantly checking in to see if we needed anything else and just making sure we were good. Would definitely recommend for excellent flavours, service and ambiance! PS, these were just a few of the amazing food options they offered that day.

I am from Fairfield California USA. First off a big shout-out to my waiter. I don’t know his name, but he was very good. As.for the food i was disappointed with the menu choices. And even with the limited choices they did not have everything on the menu. The kids menu was a disappointing. I can understand having limited menu for kid but not for adults. The food was promptly served i order the pasta veggie. Did not meet my expectations. As what I am use too. And the fry rice was not good i have tasted better on a roadside. Just been real.

AN ABSOLUTE DISAPPOINTMENT. I came in from the USA, and wanted to have Mother Day Dinner with my mom & siblings, however while other places were booked out this restaurant seem to had been the last resort. While this restaurant came somewhat recommended, I decided to make a reservation in the beginning of last week, I made aware the lady on the phone taking the reservation that I’m booking for your restaurant “Mothers Day Dinner” special (shareable platters for 4 and an extra $8,500 meal), she took my information and time of preferred reservation.
The day of the Dinner, I was running late I called the restaurant to notify them I was, as I was coming from Georgetown and the traffic was ridiculous, the lady on the phone assured me it was no issues and they understood how it is. Getting to the restaurant we were seated less than five minutes upon arrival, the waitress took our drink orders. While preparing to order our food( they should have had that written down on the reservation instead of me repeating what I wanted again), the waitress notified me that they were out of the “shareable platters”, which caught me by surprise. After requesting the manager, she had NO CLUE who took my order and kept asking if I knew whom took my reservation, now I’m not from Guyana why would I know whom took my reservations, did I had to ask for a full name during that conversation?! After afew min of being unable to keep up with their side of the bargain and going back & forth, which I thought was useless cause the manager had no solution herself , I told the manager I would do the $8,500 meal per person, the manager then told me they had no appetizers but I still had to pay the full $8,500. Now money was not my issue, however when you tried to play in my face that became an issue for me. She offered steam fish and French fries as a substitute for the appetizers, which I thought was absorb. While the manager was clueless and of no help, the customer service was HORRIBLE, the restaurant giving walk in customers the food reserved for customers whom made reservations is just DIABOLICAL to me, they sat me down next to a window that leaked the entire time we sat there, in the end we was given a option to leave as the manager stated they are about to close and the kitchen had closed off alredy, how insane is that?! This restaurant isn’t one I would visit again nor would I recommend it to the next person, they still have a lot of work to do amongst their staff
and super unorganized, which is bad for business. DO NOT RECOMMEND GOING HERE.

Not what I expected and not as advertised. Calamari was good, the Thai curry had too much black pepper and not enough flavor. The best thing was the chicken burger, the alcohol beverage was water down.
