If you actually get the food, it’s pretty good. Sadly that place has no organization. When we were there at least 6 people were running around like chicken without a head. Takes forever to put your order in and then as long to get it. My husband actually went and got our pizza after the food was standing for 15 min on the counter and no one called it out or brought it to the table. We will probably give it another try to find out if it got better.

The restaurant is inside of showboat and it is delicious. Food is great and you have plenty of options. The drinks are delicious as well. What really got me was the service. Manager Mindy checked to make sure customers were good and needed anything while being her bubbly self. She literally made my day. Thank you Ace restaurant and bar

We went to the breakfast buffet and it was horrible. They had 3 hours left to be open and there was no bacon, the eggs were hard and dry. No pancakes or French toast were out either. The cranberry juice that was included was in a at big tub of watered down juice with ice. They did give us our money back, as we didn’t eat anything. Just an fyi don’t spend 20 bucks on this all you can eat terrible buffet.

The Ace Restaurant- We had the angus cheese burger and onion rings. The burger was cooked perfect. The cheese melted, the bun was toasted and the food had flavor. The even had Spice Zero. For 2 people we spent $45. We didn’t mind the cost Because the food was good.

My fiancé got a barbecue chicken sandwich that should’ve been on a long roll instead of a round roll. The cheesesteak was not a lot of flavor. French fries were machine a crispy. Mozzarella sticks were good but the oil definitely needs to be changed. Would not recommend eating here for the price. For what they charged, the food could be a lot better, especially being in a casino. And we did see a mouse running around in the dining room.

Was there yesterday afternoon from NYC, waited on and extremely slow line because the counterpersons were busy doing other things in the kitchen. Finally got up to order, they didnt have pizza (1/3) of the menu items, no french fries( sides with the 2nd 1/3 of all the menu items, the burgers and sandwiches). When i went to ask my party what they wanted, accommodating the restaurant, waited on line again, only to get to the counterperson who then tells me that they are no longer taking orders! I was told that we have the right to not take any orders, this is a sure fire way to go out of business. People were cancelling the orders that were placed because we were told that the person who makes the pizza decided to leave. No one was in charge. When i made an issue of it (which I never do, anywhere) the bartender was the only one who even bothered apologizing. The rest of the staff couldn’t have cared less. Id rate the food but as you could read, didn’t get any. Terrible customer experience and terrible attitudes of the service staff. Do not bother and wasting you’re time. Find a better place where you could actually eat.
