My daughter and i decided to give this place a try since we’re staying at the showboat. Food was ok. She got nachos which were barely luke warm and i grabbed a Sicilian slice Pizza Pepperoni would be pretty good

During our stay at the Showboat Hotel, we dined at the on-site restaurant. Unfortunately, the so-called “buffet” was extremely disappointing and not worth the $24.99 per person price. The overall food quality was very poor and, in some cases, concerning.
Several items were improperly prepared: the bacon was raw, the eggs were burnt, and the shrimp appeared discolored and flaky. The sausages were extremely overcooked and hard. The hash browns seemed inadequately prepared, resulting in a soggy texture and lack of flavor. The bagels were pre-cut in half, and there was only one small toaster available, which barely functioned and caused long delays. In addition, many items were bland, soggy, or undercooked. The fruit was wet and mushy rather than fresh. Overall, the buffet did not meet basic standards of quality or value and fell far short of what is expected for the price.

The food was disgusting the place was full of flies. The Ac was broken I paid over your business $18 for an order of pancakes I couldn’t even eat it because the flies were sitting in it. My order was messed up two time I waited 40 minutes for a simple breakfast. The food made my stomach hurt. They have a sign that they should take down because the place is the worst.

I don’t recommend this place too no one my kids didn’t have fun plus people leave them garbage out side the all way we see RAT in we room the bed was soo low them move so cheap with everything the soap was so small the shampoo and condition. Was soooooo small come on man is 4 people how we supposed to wash we hair with that thank God we take we owned stuff. Is line for elevators so is crazy we had to wait for everything food expensive but really is ok if is expensive but unless with some flavor oh some taste was my first time I should read the reviews first after I book my friend tell me there was bad nothing good for kids oh family was not family environment smoking drinking cursing omg NO GOOD my son have ashamed he come back with ashamed we all that smoking

On another note, the bar area isn’t much to expect. The bartender has no clue what is IPA beer. She had the audacity to say she had the following IPA beers : corona, Heineken, Coors light if a bartender can’t even know what is IPA beer, they shouldn’t be behind the bar.

0 stars was not an option, we ordered mozzerella sticks advertised as 3 giant moz sticks. We got 8 of the most disgusting mini mozz sticks I’ve ever had. We got here at 835, a guy came out from the kitchen and said you can order in 5 min. We waited 35 minutes to order. Our food was grossly overpriced and disgusting. Awful service, awful food, awful prices

If you actually get the food, it’s pretty good. Sadly that place has no organization. When we were there at least 6 people were running around like chicken without a head. Takes forever to put your order in and then as long to get it. My husband actually went and got our pizza after the food was standing for 15 min on the counter and no one called it out or brought it to the table. We will probably give it another try to find out if it got better.

I would not eat here that have a mouse infestation, on the day that I visited, the sand which bread was on the floor, the mouse came out of that, and ran under one of the tables. There were several nice not just one. When I notified management there was no surprise, nor was any attempt was made to contact maintenance. I also have a video which I will be posting to other sites. DO NOT EAT HERE THEY HAVE MICE!!
