After visiting several pastry shops along the southern Maine coast, the Atlantic baking company prove to be far superior. We found a larger quantity of pastries, along with higher quality and presentation. My wife had the quiche which she said was the best she had eaten in a long time and I had the maple bacon topped croissant that was fabulous. I had a difficult time choosing from all the delicious looking choices. Their coffee was very good. They have a nice relaxed atmosphere in which to eat. The prices were premium for the pastries, but the taste was outstanding. Would definitely stop and try one of their delectables.

Every time I visit ABC it’s so incredibly good. From their cookies, to their cakes to breakfast sandwiches. Last year I got a little cake to celebrate my birthday and I still think about how yummy it was. Their staff is also ridiculously friendly and very attentive.

Loved it! We got 2 baguettes, 2 eclairs, carrot cake, and cheesecake. It was delicious! My Grandpa doesn’t eat much, but he scarfed down the carrot cake! Maybe it was the surly service or possibly the dining room that seemed to be assembled as an afterthought but this bakery could try harder.
That said the bakery products we bought were ok. Chocolate chip cookie, ginger molasses cookie, almond bear claw, and ice coffee.

Somewhat rude service and definitely not quick. One of our items was clearly stale so I am guessing that some of the items are held over until the next day. The rest was OK but I really miss the old willow st bakery.

The best and most affordable bake shop! Everything here is absolute perfection, from the cakes to the loaves! We tried several options, including the danishes, cookies, macarons, pizza, and loaves. They were all very reasonably priced for small-batch baking- cookies were $1.95-2.50, and you can find loaves under $5. Gluten free options are available, as well as custom cakes!

Atlantic is a pleasant bakery with a variety of bakery offerings ranging from bread to muffling and lunch items. I ordered the classic blueberry muffin which as fine albeit slightly dense. Service moved quickly even with a large volume of people. I would like to try more of the baked items since my experience was limited to the muffin. You can also order coffee to wash down your baked good.

This bakery is great. They have tons of breakfast and lunch options. We visited multiple times on our vacation. The food was excellent and the staff was super friendly. We were able to find seating both inside and outside. I wish we had a bakery like this in our hometown!

I had such a positive experience here a couple of weeks ago. They have a nice little spot to eat outside and the gluten free sanwiches and coffee were both awesome, but what really made the experience for me was the customer service, so I wanted to give a shout out to Danny. I mistakenly thought they had forgotten a coffee for my order, and he remade it for me. Then I realized they had already made it, and he was just so kind and gracious about the whole thing. Top notch, old school customer service, Dan…you don’t find it every day. It made a little coffee shop memorable. Thank you and God bless!
