My favorite place downtown! It’s the chillest vibe, bartenders are all welcoming & kind. No food but an excellent beer menu (no liquor). They don’t serve food but often have a food truck and/or allow you yo bring your own.

It’s a very nice venue but I returned after a visit a couple weeks ago and the drinks are $7+. I decided to go elsewhere seeing the prices with some reaching $8! I would love to be able to visit this spot but not at these prices.

A really fun place to come on a nice day. They have tons of outdoor seating and they have a great view of the park. They have food trucks almost every night, and have a huge selection of beer. The staff is also very friendly and knowledgeable in the beer. Even when there are festivals going on in Johnson City and they are busy they keep the line moving quickly and efficiently. Definitely a place to check out for beer lovers!

Frankly a little too loud to hold a conversation, but that’s more to the contrast floors, metal tables & chairs, and solid walls & roof than music.
Good taps in quick rotation, I’ve only been here twice (admittedly Friday/Saturday) and nearly all 16 taps have changed. Beers are good for the area, generally.
Food trucks vary, but seen to be available most nights.
Good view the park/River (during a storm).
Beer garden is great, covered patio is good (except for the lack of sound deadening), beer bar itself could use an ale dose of sound deadening. That’s a primary reason this isn’t a five star place.

Great taphouse on the park with sunny or shaded seating. dog and smoking friendly. fantastic selection of local and regional beers. food trucks all the time, but their quality is hit or miss. Definitely look at their social media and research the truck before relying on it.

If you like a nice relaxing environment and tasting regionally local beer this is the place to go! Atlantic Ale House has 16 taps of always rotating local beers from around the Tennessee/Coastal states. They also have daily food trucks that come and are always unique. Check out their social media pages for more details on those. Also they have some cool t-shirts if that’s your kind of thing.

Had a really good imperial stout here recently…Visited the food truck Kings of Cajun and really enjoyed the food! The Cajun food with a friend to share with and a beer was the best part of my night! Cajun food is such a social thing and Katie was very sweet to us…really cool!

I actually met my husband here 9 years ago. This is our friend group’s favorite meet up spot. Always a lot of fun and the atmosphere is amazing. So sad Jared has parted, but Meg is a beautiful soul who once gifted me my favorite sweet treat when the food truck sold out of it at the end of a hard day. Don’t forget to bring your little ones and pups to the park right next to it for play time!
