So delicious! So fresh and saucy. Been a huge ATL fan for a long time. Used to go to the original one in Chandler. I’ve been to this one quite a few times and felt the quality was dropping so I stopped going. However, I heard a new sheriff is in town and came to make it great again so I gave it another go and it didn’t disappoint. It was like eating at the original one in chandler. Quality is a back and the wings are amazing!!! Thank you!

Wings are fine. Beer is routinely warm. I wish they’d keep it properly chilled. For those that have apparently never had a beer before, it should be served ice cold.

In a world so quick to complain about everything, I will recognize some good we encountered tonight. Our service and food was good this evening. The gal behind the counter was friendly and we had good conversation. She even helped us save a significant amount of money with our order by offering a combo way to order. She checked on us since we sat outside since it was such a nice evening out. Even when we went inside to toss our tray she asked how everything was and we chatted more. I read previous complaints about bad service tailored towards race and ethnicity and honestly have learned that in this world you get what you give. I’ve learned that me as an individual if I start off a conversation or interaction on a pleasant note and spark with a good attitude, the experience tends to go in a positive direction. That doesnt mean there is an excuse for anyone to be provided poor service, but one thing I say is if you can’t find a nice person, then be one.

I have been hearing great things about ATL Wings and have been told by a number of family and friends that they are the best. Unfortunately, I had a VERY different experience. I ordered 12 boneless wings (6 Garlic Parmesan, and 6 Ranch dry rub).
Immediately upon opening the container, I could tell this was not off to a great start. ALL of the wings were tiny, about the size of a quarter. The ranch dry rub wings had almost no seasoning on them and they were sitting in a pool of butter. The Garlic Parmesan were a little better seasoned, but still lacked the favor I expect from them.
The only bright spot was the Bacon Cheese fries, and to say this was the bright spot is generous. I ordered the fries Extra Crispy, but they were incredibly soggy. Luckily the cheese sauce and the use of plenty of real bacon helped make them enjoyable.
Overall, I was quite disappointed in the quality of the food. I DO NOT feel that the wings I got were even worth $5, let alone $13. For a place that ONLY does wings, I would expect a MUCH better product. I don’t think I will be returning, instead I will go across the street to BWW’s. I will pay the same, but get better quality food. Even Pizza Huts wings are superior to what ATL provided.

Ordered food 5 days before Superbowl and order was not ready at pick up time. Had to wait 45mins while I had guests waiting at home. No apologies from employees. Very disappointed with lack of preparation especially being superbowl Sunday. I would have expected the owners/Manager to anticipate the large volume and have food ready by pick up time.

For some dumb reason, the boneless chicken is more expensive than the wings. Idk if it’s because the wings are definitely sterioded up and immature or the boneless is cut-up pieces of a breast. Had to go back so I can actually have something to eat. the kool-aid was good, but they have never cleaned the inside of the dispenser so it’s caked with sediment from old Kool-aid. This is sad I really used too like this place.

First time having ATL wings in a while and was very disappointed in my experience. Ordered online so that I wouldn’t have to wait around in the store for my order. Showed up at the time my order was scheduled to be ready. Mind you the order was scheduled to be picked up 50 mins after I placed the order which in my opinion is already quite a long time. Once we arrived we still had to wait almost 20 additional mins for the order to be ready! It’s not like we ordered anything crazy either. 18 boneless wings, that’s it! Over an hour to make 18 boneless wings. Once we received the order we were even more disappointed because many of the “wings” that were counted into the order barely qualified as a popcorn chicken! Tiny! Like the smallest morsel of chicken and 90% bread and still small as hell. And they counted that as a whole “wing”. All in all not lining up at the door to return to this place.

Each ATL Wings location does business differently, but all the wing flavors come from the same person, so there’s consistency with the taste. Customer service is a different story. This location will nickel and dime you over extra sauce, ranch and cheese sauce. You’ll pay $1.80 for extra sauce and not get it, you’ll pay for extra ranch and get a half cup of watered down ranch, and you’ll pay for cheese sauce and not get it. When they make a mistake with your order, they will be unapologetic and accuse you of lying so call immediately if you get home and realize you’re missing something. Other than that, the wing flavors are the best there is.

I heard that they were good but I was disappointed. The lemon pepper wings were good I do say. The Parmesan wings along with the regular Buffalo wings were not good if you ask me, the fries were blah. Honestly I wouldn’t recommend and most likely won’t come back.

Ordered onion rings and literally got 3 onion rings for $5!! I’ve been to other ATLs and the portions are different. Also had to pay $1.28 for a small 2oz ranch. I won’t be going back to this location!
