We have opened our new location in Clocktower square on route 5 in Warwick. We are conveniently located near the malls and look forward to welcoming all our old customers from oaklawn avenue as well as greeting new ones from this area. I liked the old place. Are there new owners? The menus should be available to pick up and look at, not taped to the counter. Cafeteria-style food was disappointing. The BBQ ribs were good, soft but clean. The mashed potatoes were room temp and watery. The greatest disappointment was the spanikopita, sitting for so long under the heat lamp. Life is too short for mediocre food and service, even when you want a quick deli-style meal.

I have never had a bad meal here. I have ordered many different things on the menu and each one has been delicious! I call their menu “Comfort food” . Their new restaurant is bright and airy! The employees are always so cheerful ! You WONT be disappointed when you try this restaurant!

I’ve been going here for 20 years. They moved to a new place right near where they began. If you want homemade comfort food, you can’t beat Athenian. Meatloaf, mashed potatoes, pasta, homemade soups, porkchops, rice, Greek favorites, burgers, chicken. Sometimes I order way to much, because everything is so delicious!

My mom loves this place. I hate to say but I ordered a chicken Caesar wrap and the lettuce was so wilted it was black and slimey. Me being Greek, prob the worst gyro I’ve ever had fingers crossed I don’t get food poisoning.
