Their Taiwanese beef noodles were delicious! The flavor reminded me of what I had in Taiwan. They used pickle mustard greens(酸菜) and cilantro, which are traditional toppings for Taiwanese beef noodle soup. However, they used another cut of beef instead of the traditional beef shank. Overall, it’s a nice place to visit during a trip to Las Vegas. The waiter was also very friendly.

So I got two cups of mushroom broth, three pounds of sprouts, zero tofu (protein?) in this veggie item.
Ordered crispy rolls (after a 14 hour drive they sounded delicious). Didn’t come.
This is such a bland meal. I ordered on DoorDash & threw it out. I feel like I just got hot water & lazy last minute cooking. The sprouts looked old.
I’ll reorder something else with taste. What a bummer.

We ordered the beef braised noodles. Pretty good portion w/ like 5 big chunk of meat, bokchoy n lot of noodles. Price a bit steep but its kinda middle of nowhere so i get it. Broth is flavorful, inside is really big and chill. They have lot of snacks on sale too. Good stop for going between places!

Braised beef noodle added 2 eggs the wife had chicken and shrimp noodle added egg in. The food was very good. The wife and I both thought the beef soup was better. A little pricey but a large portion. Would recommend trying it.

I ordered the Braised Beef Noodle and the flavor was amazing the first time I tried it. The beef didn’t have any fat which is how I prefer, but since then I have ordered it about 3 or 4 times and each time the flavoring has been different.
I also tried out the Chicken Fried Rice and it ended up being one of my favorites. The Chicken Fried Rice was also pretty good when I poured the braised beef noodle soup on it.
I didn’t give them a 5 star because of the lack of customer service sometimes. I have visited this location more than once and wasn’t greeted nor acknowledged until they were ready to take my order on multiple occasions. A simple “Welcome” or …”Be right with you.” Can go along way. All in all though this is a good spot with good food full of flavor.

Ate 8 Dumpling & Noodle is delicious. I met my father for Father’s Day dinner. We met ½ way and Barstow was the place. I got there before he did and noticed how many people were coming in and out for pickup. I can understand why. We had the shrimp and noodle plates. Potstickers with Hot and Sour soap. It was all excellent. Lupe helped us and recommended the plates we ate. Ate 8 have plenty of seating with great music in the background. Hot sauce and dumpling sauce with all type of smoothies available. We were filled up. Next time I will try the Mango smoothie. This is our new meeting place in Barstow. It is 3 minutes away from the Barstow outlets. Great Food!

Amazing and friendly staff. Found is made by order and fresh. They also have multiple drinks and snacks from Asia, highly recommend it to anyone traveling through. Their beef Ramon bowl is amazing!!!! When I visit Barstow again I will definitely have to make a pit stop here.

If you don’t want oily fast food while at the outlets, come here. We had the braised beef noodle and wonton noodle. Large servings, we didn’t finish the broth. Flavors were distinctly different. Price was $16 per bowl.

Food just taste bad in general, I don’t even know how they can get 4 stars reviews. The soup for the ramen was just soy sauce soup, sort of salty. The udon, omg , soup so bland, with Costco tempura shrimp. Udon portion was very small.

We’re craving for a Chinese food in a while now then found this place that was accessible for us trucker. They have 10% discount for trucker to. Food was ok. I’ll be honest they need to improve the broth of the Ramen. They should also remove the ground beef from the rice, make it plain or fried garlic and green onion. Stop using a frozen dumplings also. I give then 4star because of the food that imported that I miss and she give us a great customer service. Bathroom was clean.
