Favorite sushi and sashimi place in the area. Everyone I’ve interacted with is very friendly, quick service even when busy. It can take a while for your food if they have a lot of orders, but it is well worth the wait.

Service was horrible. The girl had no interest in listening. Came in and there wasnt a soul in the place so bad service is a big no no when it’s slow. Food was overpriced for the portion size and some of it wasnt even edible. My chicken tasted like salmon. The gyoza looked like it was cooked in a dirty pan. $70 for 2 people no alcohol is terrible. When the server asked if everything was good, I told her no, and she completely ignored it. Will never go again and I dont recommend anyone else go either unless you like crappy food and wasting money.

One of the few restaurants in the area that do not serve generic American cuisine. Spacious, clean, organized interior with the right level of noise to facilitate conversations advertise the table.
We went with a combination of sushi and hibachi. The sushi was really on point – excellent flavor, freshness, assembly and execution. The chefs special rolls are the ones to aim for.
Hibachi was flavorful but heavy on the sweet sauce. They somehow had a tough time understanding we were sharing the hibachi plates (since we shared the sushi as well) – instead of dinner plates we were given the small appetizer plates several times for sharing.
As Long Islanders spoilt with our options of Japanese (and in general world cuisine) – happy to note this gem in unexpected rural Pennsylvania.

So good, always good!! I’ve ordered delivery, pick-up, and dined in several times and always satisfied. My favorites are the fried crab cream cheese roll, peanut avocado roll, goyza, and harumaki!

Our regular Sushi place was closed for Easter so we tried Atami. Not to bad. I got sushi and my husband got hibachi. They have a wide variety of choices. Including a children’s menu if you have little ones. Alcohol selection is pretty good cast too.

The service was great. Food came out quick, the place wasn’t very busy. I was expecting a sit in front of the grill hibachi experience, and that wasn’t a thing here, I probably could’ve done a little more to check before showing up… but I stayed anyway. The meal was fine. I had the chicken and steak hibachi, and it was what I expected it to be. However, the sushi was less than expected. The seaweed used was very tough. I can’t say I am even used to noticing the seaweed at all on most sushi. And they were on the tiny side. All in all the meal was alright. If I hadn’t ordered the sushi, I would’ve left a little bit less disappointed, but for what I received, I feel it was a bit overpriced.
