We had an absolutely fantastic dining experience at this restaurant. The service, the ambiance, and the quality of the food were all off the chart. The sushi, in particular, was beautifully presented colorful, flavorful, and just a delight in every bite. Everything from the drinks to the music made the evening so much fun. We chose to sit outside, which was lovely, but the inside had a wonderful, lively atmosphere as well. Our server was incredibly helpful, guiding us through the menu and helping us make some truly delightful choices. We’ll happily go back again in the future!

Server was good and very attentive. Atmosphere was fine dining. However the food was disappointing. asked for shrimp and scollap grilled combo dinner. Salad was nice, meso soup was acceptable but thin and lukewarm. The shrimp was cold and covered in ketchup, steamed veggies were overcppked and oversalted with ketchup on top. Scallops were lukewarm and strong tasting. Shrimp also stromg tasting. I got sick and had nausea and chills after returning home. I DO NOT RECOMMEND>

Fantastic restaurant with outstanding food! The Mongolian Steak was tender with great flavor! The shrimp, chicken and scallops with fried rice were also fantastic!

Ordered to go hibachi expecting the food to be as good as they normally are when I eat inside. Unfortunately, I was served this lazy meal with bland chicken and steak with teriyaki just thrown on top. Usually Asuka’s is pretty good, just disappointed with the laziness and bland food.

My friends and I eat here at least once a week. Every time we go, the service is amazing. Monica behind the bar is on top of it. Also, if you’re dining in, ask for Tony he’s an amazing server. The food is always amazing as well. If you’re a sushi fan, try the smokey bear roll it will not disappoint. The overall atmosphere is laid back and comfortable. If you’re in Danville, I highly recommend it!

We had excellent service with excellent food. We’ve eaten here about four times already. The first three times I ordered sushi and our waiter was very attentive and friendly. I’m now on a mission to try each sushi roll until I get to the bottom of the list. Lol! Habachi side was very entertaining and the food was absolutely hot and delicious. My grandbaby which is 18 months old was quite entertained the whole time and he is very hard to get to sit still for very long. We left with a sense of relaxation and our stomach full with extra food to take home! My new favorite restaurant! ♥️

Nice place, attentive staff, food is a joke. I ate there twice just to make sure I wasn’t mistaken. But I ordered the spicy bulgogi cheese ramen and they served me a mushy over cooked instant ramen noodle and powdered flavor packet. Probably Shin brand that goes for $1 at the Asian grocer. I find it outrageous they think they can charge $15 for this. The best part of it was the slice of American cheese. That’s saying a lot. Previously, I had the tonkatsu. Greasy, falling apart, and came with a packed ball of brown fried rice. The sauce was some concoction that tasted more like a sweet Thai dipping sauce than the savory sauce it should be. Asuka, just buy the right tonkatsu sauce. Buy a frozen pack of high quality ramen. Don’t use instant noodles. Get a chef that actually knows how to cook Japanese food.

If you go, just go for the teppanyaki. Everything else is a scam.

First time visiting and the bar is good. Mixed drinks were really good and they have a decent Happy Hour during the week. However, our meal was a disappointment. The soup was delicious and my favorite part, but we had shrimp and scallops and the shrimp tasted freezer burnt and just toasted on the outside. The shrimp was chewy and rubbery. The scallops were only slightly better. The fried rice is nothing to take note of and definitely had better elsewhere. We definitely will not be returning.
