Aspire Coffee House in Skye Canyon is hands down my favorite coffee shop in the city, beautifully nestled against the stunning Spring Mountains. It has truly become my “office away from the office.” The space is inviting, warm, and perfect for working, meeting clients, or simply enjoying a peaceful moment with a great drink.
The service is always friendly, welcoming, and accommodating, which makes the experience even better. I’m genuinely grateful to have this gem in my neighborhood and within walking distance of our outstanding 5-star community. It feels like such a gift.
The food is thoughtful, fresh, and intentionally crafted you can tell the owner is a health coach who truly cares about feeding the community well. Whether it’s breakfast, lunch, or a quick snack, everything tastes delicious and is made with real, quality ingredients.
My go-to drink is the matcha latte with almond milk (no sweetener) perfectly balanced every time. Their smoothie bowls are the best I’ve had anywhere, and when I’m craving something more filling, the avocado toast, wraps, and even the quiche never disappoint.

This was a hidden gem. The coffee flight was great (although more room temp than hot, but it was quite busy so maybe they were rushed a little). It’s gorgeous on the patio and dog friendly. I plan to go back when it’s not so cold. The staff was helpful and super friendly.

I tried this coffee shop for the first time. Th maple brown sugar coffee I tried was super delicious. Not to sweet either. Everything was very nice and clean. If you are in Centennial Hills give it a try.

Atmosphere was excellent, nice inside and outside seating, with fireplace and great Mountain View’s. My berry matcha was tasty but lukewarm two times. My husband’s coffee was lukewarm as well. The turkey sandwich was organic and tasty my husband stated. They have lots of playgrounds for young children and walkways, a splash pad. They also have tennis court and swimming pool but I think that is only for the community.

The coffee place is nice and spacious. The food and deinks were good but the service was lackluster. We ordered two iced lattes and an avocado toast. We were given a timer which went off ten minutes after ordering just to find out only our toast was ready but not our lattes. The timer should go off when sll items are ordered are ready imo.

This place used to be great but i just can’t get over how EXTREMELY slow the service is on the weekends. It’s excruciating that the line of 10 people in front of you will take 40 minutes to get to the register. There needs to be a better system the cash register lady should not also be stopping after every order to make coffee too that just delays the process even more. Mind you when we got the register to order food she said it’s another 40 minutes for food if we ordered food lol. I truly don’t know how this place makes it. The amount of people that walk out is valid no one wants to wait this long to grab a mediocre coffee. Your quick coffee outing with food will turn into a 2 hour time commitment

Organic, house made, keto, vegan and vegetarian options. You can add collagen and superfoods (chaga, lions mane, adaptogens, MCT, etc) for fair price. Pour over option. We enjoyed the comfortable atmosphere with ample outdoor lounge and table seating. Staff was very friendly, and provided quality service. We enjoyed two of their vegan baked goods. My husband (and even me!) want to try their breakfast options next time! Thanks ladies!
