I went here with my friend in between classes. Our food was good and the chef came up and gave us free dessert! Chips were dusted in a tasty curry salt. The place has just reopened so they’re still figuring out the best way to wait on guests, but our waiters were very sweet. A few menu mishaps (some things were not labeled GF correctly), but our waiters asked the chef for clarification. Drinks were yummy.

I’m a big fan of the Aspen Grille, a CSU student-run restaurant located in the Lory Student Center (room 388). This restaurant is a learning lab for the hospitality management students. They learn everything how to manage a restaurant from food prep, cooking, and serving – so cool! Pictured here is the salmon poke bowl. It was delicious!

I got the Carne Asada Torta togo with the Curry Chips. The food was very over priced for the portion and taste. The food was good, the ingredients seemed really fresh but lacked depth in flavor.

Holy smokes the food is great! The homemade potato chips are the best there is. Still crispy and tasty the next day. The torta and panini make for a perfect lunch.

I love the food and chatting with the students. I think they do a terrific job at a good price. I go as often as I can get by with!
