We enjoyed the buffet options throughout our weekend stay. We ate here 6 times and all of us could find something we enjoyed. The salads were fresh, hot food was cooked well, and they had a good selection of beverages. I appreciated the cleanliness and the employees who work there were all kind and helpful.

Some of the worst food I’ve ever eaten.
Their gluten-free and vegan options were very bad.
Overall if you stay at the YMCA here bring your own food and don’t rely on this place to meet your needs if you like to eat remotely flavorful or healthy food

You get two free breakfast vouchers for each night you stay at the YMCA. We came for dinner and breakfast. The dinner was disappointing. There was some type of cake, but they never bothered to refill it. They said their baker hadn’t showed up the past three days for work. The breakfast had many fruit options, which was nice.

My son and I came on an expenses paid trip so we had vouchers to eat in the Aspen dining area…buffet style. It wasn’t worth eating there for free. Be very careful of food poisoning. The scrambled eggs were a lovely greenish gray color, the hamburgers had an odd yellow-green tinge. Fried things tended to be slimy or tough and dry. Other reviews mentioned gluten free options but we didn’t find anything gluten free except salad. Even though dinner dining is open until 8, by 5:30 most of the serving trays were empty and weren’t refilled. The floors looked like they haven’t been cleaned/mopped in years. Chunks and footprints and a slimy texture when you walk. Others had issues with the “clean” dishes and utensils having food chunks on them. Staff is pleasant and friendly…it’s just not really edible food. I wasn’t expecting much from a buffet…thinking more Golden Corral kind of, but this is not even on par with public school cafeteria food (I work in a public school).

Me and my entire family and cousins came here to eat dinner. The food was disgusting, the plates and utensils weren’t cleaned, and we couldn’t even finish our food. I wouldn’t feed that garbage to a dog. As soon as I ate some of my food, I felt wrong, my stomach hurting, as well as my cousins stomachs hurting. And it is now 2 in the morning, my throat, and my chest are killing me. I was perfectly fine before I ate that trash. These symptoms only appeared after eating that, meaning I probably have food poisoning. Something in that food is breaking my body down. Do not eat here, unless you are willing to suffer the consequences and ultimately damage your health and well being.

I spent about $20 per person for dinner. This was the worst ever food I have experienced in my whole life. No exaggeration. Fried chicken had such a weird, off putting breading, also very dry. Mashed potatoes were very salty and unpleasant. Cold rice salad had undercooked, very hard rice. Other than Mac N Cheese everything else was not edible. Threw away everything in trash and left with an ice cream which was much better than food. Ice cream wasn’t cooked in house, maybe that’s why it was edible.

Please, don’t eat here. Go anywhere but here for food.

$17 for each of us to have dinner, daughter was free due to being under 6. Staff were doing their best to keep trays full and fresh, but unless you have no other choice, skip this place. There are so many great restaurants just down the road that are comparable or even cheaper for much higher quality and better tasting food. Sorry YMCA!

Dinner is rather expensive for what you get $18/person. Some of the salads were good and the fried chicken was moist. But the brisket was dry and the twice baked potatoes were bland. Desert was ok nothing worth mentioning. It is not high season so that may explain the poor quality.
