Great atmosphere. Great service. Food was prepared correctly and was very good. This was our first time here and it definitely didn’t disappoint us. My wife had the country fried chicken. She liked it better than her usual places she orders it from. She also said the mac-n-cheese was excellent. I had the ribeye. It was perfectly cooked and seasoned well. I also had the onion rings, they were very good. They were thin, crispy and very well seasoned. We will be back, next time we are in the area

This was my first time in Aspen Creek Grill and it was pretty good. It has the feel of a slightly higher end, chain bar and grill restaurant. The food was good and the it came out quick. The price seemed pretty standard for that style of place.

We joined the waitlist ahead of time, so we didn’t have to wait long to be seated, which was great. We were also fortunate to have an excellent waitress. She was friendly, prompt, personable, and overall very pleasant.
The restaurant itself has a typical chain-restaurant atmosphere — not much different from an Applebee’s or Chili’s aside from the theme and their specific menu items.
Unfortunately, the food quality was the main issue. It was overall subpar. My husband ordered the club sandwich and said a sandwich from McAlister’s would have been much better. He also tried the coleslaw and didn’t care for it. We shared the potato skins, which were very greasy and nothing special. We have had much better. I ordered the chicken Caesar salad, and it was disappointing — the chicken quality was poor and the salad overall just wasn’t good.
We’re glad we gave the restaurant a try, but we likely won’t return because the food didn’t meet our expectations. I do want to emphasize that our server was wonderful, and the food quality is in no way a reflection of her service or the nice greeting received from the hostess.

We had a great first experience at Aspen Creek. Christian is an excellent server. He offered great suggestions and answered all of our questions with patience. Some of our favorites were the Spinach Artichoke dip, Filet, Fish tacos, and Blue cheese crusted sirloin. We look forward to visiting again soon!

We had a delightful dining experience at Aspen Creek! The service was truly outstanding—attentive, friendly, and made us feel right at home. The restaurant’s decor creates a warm and relaxing atmosphere, making it an excellent place to enjoy a meal. My wife enjoyed the salmon. As for me, the French fries were just okay—nothing special compared to what some fast-food places offer. The Onion Rings were good, yet needed some seasoning. However, the overall experience was wonderful, and we’d gladly return for the great service and inviting ambiance!

My boyfriend and I visited the new Aspen Creek Grill a few days after the Grand Opening, and we’re already fans. We checked in online through their website, which saved us a wait in the lobby. We’ve visited again since, bringing out-of-town relatives, and both experiences had minor hiccups that were resolved well by the manager.
During our first visit, we signed up for their rewards program and received a free soft drink. We also got a coupon for a free appetizer, which we used on our second visit. The fried pickles were good—nothing unique but definitely met the standard. A downside for me was the absence of Thousand Island dressing among their homemade options.
My boyfriend had the sirloin and Pow-Wow Shrimp combo, which tasted amazing. The shrimp were crispy and hot, but his sirloin was overcooked. The staff offered to recook it, and the new steak came out perfect with fresh sides, which we appreciated. I had the meatloaf, featuring jalapeno, bacon, and an onion ring on top of a bed of mashed potatoes. It was cooked perfectly, moist and flavorful. The prices are comparable to Texas Roadhouse, but I found the quality and flavor of the food at Aspen Creek Grill to be better. However, they don’t serve rolls or bread as a free appetizer.
On our second visit, we both had sirloins, and all four steaks at our table were cooked correctly. We used our free appetizer coupon for a full order of Pow-Wow Shrimp. Unfortunately, they weren’t as good this time—the shrimp were not very hot, and the cold sauce cooled them too much. They remade the dish, but the second batch was hot but soggy, not as good as our first visit. This inconsistency makes me hesitant to reorder them.
We tried two desserts: the brownie a-la mode and the fried cheesecake. The fried cheesecake was the standout—a must-try, reminiscent of fried ice cream from Mexican restaurants, creamy on the inside with a thin, crispy coating and caramel drizzle.
The waitresses we had each time were lively, apologetic, and attentive. We will definitely be revisiting in the near future, bringing more family and friends.

Food was good, service was slow. They were very full. The food came out very, very slow. They didn’t bring my salad until I asked for it after my food had already been delivered. It took been 35 minutes for the food after we ordered. Watched other tables get their food and we ordered before. The steak was well done and I ordered medium. The manager came by and asked if everything was OK and even though I said no need to replace the steak he wanted to take care of it and did replace it. That was really nice and part of the reason I am giving it four stars instead of three. But everything had a good flavor and I liked our server. Just some things they need to work on.

The food is bland. No seasoning on the steak, the temperature was great. The best part is the fried cheese cake. I don’t recommend this place other than desert

We came here on a busy Friday night for dinner with friends. This was our first time. I ordered the medallions and you were out. Which disappointed me. I got the Hawaiian Chicken instead. The chicken was dry and overcooked. However, the sweet potato casserole was delicious. My husband ordered the ribeye medium well and it was overcooked. He couldn’t even eat it. The baked potato and applesauce were perfect. We really feel the server didn’t pay us the attention he should have because we didn’t order alcoholic drinks. As a result we will not be back.

The experience at this restaurant was wonderful! First off, we got a seat in nice timing at around 5 pm. Restaurant appears to be clean with many TVs to go around. Our waiter Hunter did an awesome job with recommendations that turned out great with fast and efficient service. The shrimp we finished every drop! Recommendation of on rice was indeed great with Pow wow shrimp. The entry of Salmon was a very great size, the taste was good, just wish they would have had the sauce on it on the side also. Sweat potato casserole was yummy no complaints and the rice again with those veggies in it hit the spot. My husband loved the salad as well. Now that deep Fried Cheesecake was simply amazing, then had that monte sauce on the side it put that dessert on 11! This is definitely one of our now favorite spots out South. The price was excellent, service and drinks were good and fast. Most definitely recommend!
