The warm brownie for dessert was the perfect cherry on top, rich and gooey and a great way to end the meal. Overall, the food was satisfying and enjoyable and I would happily visit again.
the great service didn’t end there- i received a beautiful handwritten note and a gift with my order. i’ve never cried over such kindness! words cannot my gratitude, and just how much my wee heart needed that kindness today. thank you.
the food was also so delicious, felt the love the pizza was made with in each bite. i will definitely order / visit here again.
Even though the chicken is normally served with fries, the staff kindly accommodated my request to have it with pasta instead. I really appreciate the flexibility and great customer service — it made my experience even better.
Thank you, I’ll definitely be back again!
Garlic bread was free on the app sign up, a couple of pizza and a nice doughball type starter.
I though it was all very good.
The waiter that served us was excellent, friendly and efficient.
All in all very good. Excellent for a chain type restaurant.
We made a reservation and were seated normally. But after ordering, it took 50 minutes for our starters to be served, then we waited almost another hour just for our mains. The couple beside us received their food before us even though they were seated slightly later and we had also ordered the same items.
We had no choice but to leave without any mains or dessert. My partner offered to pay just for the starters we had, a staff member said we didn’t have to, she didn’t even apologise for the inconvenience.
As a hospitality worker the lack of communication between staff and customers was appalling. It is very understandable for mistakes to occur on busy nights, but there was an evident lack of professionalism. Plates were left on the pass for long periods of time with runners walking around ignoring them, employees on their personal phones, and the lady who took our order never checked up on us despite seeing us waiting and sitting without food. We had also asked another employee for an update on our starters, explaining we had a flight to catch and it was well over 30 minutes.
Very unfortunate since the place actually looks lovely and the starters we had were nice as well, and previous reviews left were highly rated and positive.
We hope this doesn’t happen to any other customers again.
