Hidden away from Newport’s Historic Bayfront with a spectacular view of Yaquina Bay, Laid back atmosphere and not your fast service type asian restaurant. We had a wonderful meal with great flavors! Everything was so fresh! I loved the miso dressing on the salad. The sauce on the Tuna Tataki was unique and delicious! My spicy ramen was spicy which I loved! The menu is large so I am very excited to try many more diverse options! Our server Isabel was wonderful. She was helpful, engaging and passionate about the food be served! We will be returning often!

Our table was reserved for the window. Drinks were delicious. Food was amazing. We had the sushi bowl and seared tuna. Overall presentation was fantastic. Wait staff were all very friendly and accommodating. Even when an unreasonably disgruntled doordasher came in, they handled it with grace and care. 100% recommend.

We super appreciate the clearly marked vegan items in the menu. We love the agadashi tofu, crispy and light! We also got the tofu rice bowl, the vegetable roll, the Asiatico salad (delicious with apples and an incredible dressing), a custom tofu avocado roll, and the vegetable spring rolls. A great lunch right on the bay front!

The sushi here has been consistently good the last three times we’ve been there. Servers have been attentive and well versed on the menu. If you’re looking for sushi this is my first choice in the newport area. Right on the water in Yaquina bay for nice views which is raw fish appropriate. The kiska roll is my personal favorite but the donzana and big daddy rolls are totally legit. My wife orders a hand roll on soy paper that she custom orders. We’re always satisfied.

You will never be disappointed with Asiatico! Food and service is always 10/10! Even if you don’t like sushi, there are several other options. This place is such a gem and will always be one of our favorites. The freshness and quality is outstanding. Our favorite roll is the Big Daddy. Also, they have the BEST calamari we’ve ever had!

The BEST sushi I’ve ever had. Food came out really quickly, although we did get there right as they had opened. My husband and I could not get enough of the crispy tuna bites, they are absolutely amazing!!! View from the patio is incredible.
