I liked this new restaurant in the Northdale area. The atmosphere was nice inside and they have a variety of options on the menu. We were there for lunch and ordered the All You can Eat Hibachi. We started with appetizers, miso soup and salad. The place was empty but I had to waive down the waiter to remind him to bring us our soup. Overall, the food was delicious and I would give it another try.

We went at 4pm on a Saturday and was greeted right away. When we sat there was another couple just finishing their meal. We were the only party there at that time. My wife 2 kids and myself.
I tried an appetizer called Roti because that is a popular food from Trinidad which we are from. The kids enjoyed it so much I ordered a second serving.
I had Basil beef and my wife had the traditional Pad Thai.
We also had a California roll and a Bagel roll with our meals.
One of the kids ate the California roll and the other shared a little bit of my rice. She was full from the Roti.
My wife liked her Pad Thai and my Basil beef also. I thought it was good but not great.
At 5pm it started to get busy I was surprised at how fast the restaurant filled up.
The service was good until the bill time I waited a little extra time to get acknowledged for the bill but overall it was a good experience.

New Restaurant in Northdale. Beautiful decoration and very friendly staff. I tried Tampa Roll and New York Strip Hibachi both were very good. My second visit: I tried the lunch special $9.50. chicken rice soup, pot sticker and garlic rice very good

Went here twice. Nice menu. Edamame is flavored wonderfully, could be a tad more tender. Rolls were good, I didn’t care too much for the spicey mayo (too sweet). Tuna Tartare was PERFECT soooo good! Curry noodles were good, I did add some chili sauce to it. Duck was average but skin was perfectly cripsy, PadThai noodles cooked well but too sweet, needed more flavor for me. Overall will definitely come back to try more dishes.

I liked this place the atmosphere was nice inside and they have a variety of options on the menu including Thai, sushi, and hibachi. It’s not too pricey especially the hibachi is a good deal and they also have a $10 lunch special. We got the shrimp crackers as an appetizer which was good but only 5 shrimp. I ordered the pad Thai and it was a lot of food, only thing is I ordered spiciest and I felt it could have been a lot spicier. My friends got the hibachi and drunk noodles which they also enjoyed. My only complaint is that the waiter seemed a bit overwhelmed and it took a bit for us to get our sauces or waters refilled. We still got our food fairly quickly tho, so overall I would recommend this place.

Has been open 3 weeks. Interior is tastefully designed and has beautiful dicor. Sushi bar was very appealing. Good selection on lunch menu. Appetizers- soup was full of flavor and well seasoned, potstickers were delicious. They were fried but not greasey. Simosa had some heat, very tasty. Main Course- Kao Soi (curry noodle soup) was amazing. There was some raw Spanish onion on top and thought it would taste out of place, was just right. Blended perfectly with dish. The prices looked high at first. I now see the price is warranted. This is not fast food and was clearly prepared by a trained chef. Sushi was fantastic as well- will save on a long drive to South Tampa for good sushi.

Sadly service and consistency have changed so much that we don’ t dine at Asiatic any more. The last 3 times we waited for an excessive amount of time for our food to come out. Servers don’t clear dirty dishes from your table. And food quality has been inconsistent. I hope they get this worked out and are able to get back to the way it used to be.
Original Review: We eat here regularly for lunch and dinner and we have not been disappointed. The sushi is very fresh, appetizers are creative and tasty, and the Thai food is absolutely delicious! The only problem is choosing what I want to get!

Came in to eat with my family today and service by Tom was outstanding. Food was good but came out a little slow because they were short staffed in the kitchen. All of the food we ordered were delicious, but I don’t recommend the hibachi as it was a little bland for my taste.

We came on a Wednesday evening at 7:00 for dinner. We were seated immediately and placed our order rather quickly. There were five of us and we all ordered hibachi. Our soup and salad came out together right away. About 3 bites into our salad, our meals came. We hadn’t even touched our soup yet.
My son and I each ordered the shrimp and scallop hibachi. It was good but very skimpy. For $34 each, I was surprised at how small the portions were (pictured). We each got 4 shrimp and 3 scallops. We got some veggies and some noodles on the side.
I also ordered a chicken Pad Thai to go for my lunch the next day. It’s the perfect portion for a lunch. It was fairly priced at $14.50, but definitely more of a lunch portion.
All of the food was good, but not great. For the price I would consider what you’re ordering because it’s probably not worth it. If you want good hibachi, I recommend heading somewhere else.
