Wish I had read the reviews here and not relied on GrubHub. I’m not local and I’m babysitting my nephew and should have done more research. They had a higher rating on GrubHub than a couple of other places. However this was quite possibly the worst delivery food I’ve ever had. At least the worst I can remember having in a long time.
I ordered two sushi rolls that don’t deserve to be called sushi, a Japanese soup that had no broth, orange chicken that was so overcooked so that they were more like a rubber fried nuggets. With two sprigs of broccoli that were the only decent thing out of $62 worth of food.
Started with spring rolls are crap and that’s usually your first clue. No crispness with at keastdecent cabbage mix, just mushy doughy flavorless bleh. Pork yat gaw mein that had no broth, Not a single sprig of spring onion, old dry pork and a way over boiled egg.
The sushi is almost indescribably bad but let’s just say a $14 roll where the fish tastes old l and the crunch is more like moist breadcrumbs. The shrimp tempura roll tastes like the shrimp is from last week, dried up grossness. Both sushi rolls I spit out of my mouth into a napkin. Terrible sushi rice, seriously? Can’t even get the rice right?
I got my nephews orange chicken combo it had two springs of broccoli and dried lame fried rice. At least get the fried rice right! The orange chicken is more like tiny dried up fried pieces of skin and it’s so hard I can’t even stick my fork through it. I can’t even force my nephew to eat it and now I have to find something else to scrounge together for him for dinner.
Honestly I’m mad at the wasted time and money. I can’t drive over there to return it now so I’m going to try to go over tomorrow and ask for my money back and likely will not get it because that’s how places like this operate. Just dishing up crappy food and we just are supposed to take it.
I hope this review saves somebody from making them same mistake I did.
Please try any other spot but this one, or save your money and get some frozen Chinese food bags from the grocery store because it’ll be miles better than this.

So today I was in the mood for some yat gaw mein (yak) I ordered some from here along with one shrimp egg roll. The egg roll was good, my kid enjoyed it. The yak however had a very thin sauce that didn’t stick to the noodles but instead was a puddle at the bottom of the container so I dumped in about 9 packets of soy sauce and that helped. Far from the best I’ve had, might skip this place next time….
To the owners response: The yak I had today looked and tasted like udon in a thin sauce by comparison to all others I’ve had, didn’t think I needed to ask for the noodles to have extra sauce. I’ve never had to before and this one seemed to have a thin one that didn’t stick to noodles which left them pretty bland and flavorless. The boiled egg was even white (I’m used to it being brown because of a sauce on the noodles) Maybe it was an off day but it was meh

I’m so tired of ordering food and it’s either terrible and/or missing items. The General Tso chicken was hard as a rock and inedible. It didn’t come with the egg roll or the 2nd egg roll was missing, as well as the fried rice. I requested extra duck sauce, since there were 3 different things I use it on, and got only 2 pks. I should’ve read the reviews and based on that wouldn’t have ordered. It’s not rocket science! Just unbelievable!

I have tried ordering from this place THREE separate times. We’ve called, no answer. Tried ordering online, it’s broken. Lastly, I drove to the location when it was posted as “open” online and they were closed. I quit!

I’ve been eating food from Asian Taste 2 for over a year now. They are very close to my home. The food is good although not great. I have never had any problems from eating food from here until today. Yesterday I ordered shrimp fried rice with extra shrimp, fried eggs, and onions. That night I came down with a food virus. It’s been many years since I contracted food poisoning from a Chinese restaurant. I had to call out from work today because of it. I won’t be ordering food from here again for a long while if ever.

I’ve eaten here before but for some reason alot of food changed. The eggrolls were overcooked and greasy. The Shrimp and beef over cooked with lo mein with sauce was extremely salty. Not a good experience at. I will not be coming back.

They were better before new management. The yak mein is pretty good, depending on which meat you get in it. I usually do chicken. Haven’t tried the sushi, but after being in there, I wouldn’t.
