The staff and restaurant are very nice. Regrettably—or perhaps not, as genuine emotion on this matter seems excessive—steamed rice is not included with meals. One must procure it separately, for an additional cost. This is a choice they have made. I have noted it. You may also note it, should you choose to dine here.
The food, however, was present. That is perhaps the most charitable assessment I can muster. It existed on the plate. It was consumed. It provided sustenance. The flavor profile could be described as “present but not intrusive,” much like a considerate ghost. One might call it milquetoast, though that would imply a certain boldness that I cannot in good conscience attribute to it.
In summary: the people are nice, the place is nice, the food is technically food, and the rice requires separate negotiation.

Best Chinese in reno. The crab rangoons, chowmein, and sweet and sour pork are absolutely best in the reno area. Got there when they opened but almost took an hour to get my food. Will go back but will call in my order. I think they are understaffed.

The BEST ASIAN FOOD I have ever had! Everything on the menu is delicious! The Walnut Shrimp is out-of-this-world-good! The location is a little hard to find, but well worth finding; a hidden gem in Northern Nevada

Stopped in for take out. The women working were very kind and nice. I ordered sesame chicken and combination fried rice – $41 for the dinner. Found it to be slightly expensive but nothing outrageous. Got the food home and was surprised that the bag had a container of sauce…they don’t combine the sauce and chicken. The flavor of the food was too ‘soy sauce’ flavored for my liking. The combination fried rice had chicken and beef in it, which were flavorless and two shrimp. In addition, a lot of lettuce. It just wasn’t what I’ve had as Chinese food before. Wasn’t horrible but wasn’t ‘good’ either. I will try them one more time and maybe try orange chicken (which I noted in the menu was listed as ‘spicy’ – seems odd) or General Tso. Hoping I can give them a higher rating as again, the service seemed great. The other ‘scary’ thing about my visit was that at 7PM, no one was there eating!! A couple take out orders waiting but no one eating.

First time visit and food was great! Kung Pow and noodle dishes were tasty, soup was good, the perfect amount of spicy.

I called in an order for pickup and the service was great and timely. I got potstickers which might be the best I’ve ever had….their udon noodles which were good but a bit too much ginger (although I’m one of the few people on earth that don’t care much for ginger), and tofu kong pao. This kong pao was highly disappointing….I’m not sure if they forgot the sauce all together or if its just this dry with tofu but there was no sauce…..i saw pictures of the chicken kong pao but since the tofu was 4$ cheaper, and I like tofu, I figured why not…big mistake. Everything else was good though.

Sometimes ago, fine dinning started to charge side dishes. Now, few of Asain restaurants in town does this as well by charging steam rice with the orders. To me, this is not acceptable!! What’s next, charging ice for the drinks? For this reason, I’ll not be coming here EVER again. There is better way to have successful business!!

Absolutely delicious, everything we tried was great. Highly recommended, this is the best Asian food in town. Read the reviews, I’m not the only one who stated that. Some even say it’s the best Asian food they’ve ever tried. The prices are fair for high quality freshly made food. There was a bit of a wait for the food but it did not disappoint. The atmosphere is good, plenty of room between tables. The quality of the water and soft drinks is good. The staff is polite and courteous. We have dined in and had take out. Attention to detail on the take out, you get the sauce separate so it doesn’t sog the food.
