We like to try new things every so often and although my husband was a bit iffy about trying this out. He liked it over all, the food was great and the boba was delicious! They also added the bubbles on the side when I asked!

Ordered the Misso Ramen with a Matcha bubble tea with lychee bobba. And they were absolutely wonderful. Bit warm of a day for the food, but it absolutely hit the spot. First place I’ve seen the little robo-waiters too.

Had the miso ramen with tofu, thai tea boba and sticky mango rice, everything was so good! I only had a small interaction with a staff member, a very positive one, and the robot served us the food, cute!

Service is pretty much all done through robots and machine, unless you order front counter. The food is very mediocre. It seems like a cheap attempt at Asian food, which is okay considering they’re not charging too much. One thing I noticed is that the noodle texture is off and definitely not what is expected from ramen. The meat was very fatty. The broth was tasty though. The drinks are really good and I would recommend getting one of their boba teas. The restaurant was very clean.

Overall a decent experience! My Crispy Pad Thai with shrimp was very tasty. I forgot to take a picture. I really appreciate the squeeze bottles for those of us who dare to add more wonderful spice pain to our dishes!
The service is unique. To place your order, you talk to someone at the front counter like at fast food place. After you sit down at your table though, you are served by literal robots. It’s scary and cool at the same time. I prefer human service throughout, but as long as the robots don’t take over the world, they aren’t bad.
The atmosphere is a little too claustrophobic for me. Two fairly narrow “aisles” of seating where you have no choice but to listen to other people eat and talk around you. People are sure strange nowadays. I wish things could be spread out like at Red Robin, but realize you are maximizing what you have for space.

For me personally it was great food and I’d definitely go again. However, I don’t feel like it’s for everyone. I have one son that I took to lunch there and he loved it, but the other son could not go because they have nothing on the menue that he could eat due to his autism, and having tactile difficulties.
I’m sure most people love the robot servers but I prefer the more personal touch of a real waitress or waiter. It was interesting to watch though.

Food was delicious. The robot servers are interesting. I watched one trying to go through a customer sitting st the table repeating “excuse me”… we all had a good laugh with that. The pot of hot tea was refreshing. Enough for 4 cups and could have added more water for refills. All this was about $48 not bad!

Was in Augusta for the Odd and Unusual faire and found this place while on a quest for food.
It’s in a shopping plaza near the civic center, so the location has plenty of parking and is easy to find. We came as a big group (about 6 of us) and they were able to accommodate us at a long table. You order at the counter and then are given a table numbers. The food is brought to the table by a robot. The novelty of the robots is a very cute idea, and worked well with how busy the place was when we stopped in.
The food itself was very good, and all of us felt the prices were very fair for what you get. My sister tends to eat smaller portions so she brought about half home for leftovers.
Overall, it was delicious. I wish it was closer to home, but know they’d have to increase their pricing a little in southern Maine. Still, I’ll try to make it back whenever I’m up at Augusta.

Love this place! This is my first stop for ramen and bubble tea
The staff are very friendly and the little robots deliver your food right to your table in minutes! Also, the portions are huge. You easily get two meals worth of food in one dish. 10/10 would recommend!

All right been coming here for a while now things have changed for the good sometimes they have changed for the bad but they listen So when something isn’t like what you like anymore if your food has changed that you get every time say something they usually listen bringing my review back up to five stars is easy because they listen they changed some of the furniture in there put in things that are easier to clean and it looks nice in there thanks for listening This is definitely a place that you want to come
First time upon coming here and it won’t be my last the food was excellent I can’t wait to go again and try something new like ramen. It was amazing
