As soon as I walked in the door, the person behind the counter was being told by someone with a pen and pad, that “the restaurant needed to get back to where it was at the beginning of the year.” I was not sure about it atm, but I felt the person with the pad and pen was a health or code inspector. That is also when I began to notice the lobby was like a ghost town. The “tiny” and I do mean tiny buffet bar looked as if it hadn’t been used since the beginning of the year as well. When I walked to the counter, and looked back over to the kitchen my suspicions were confirmed. I was sure that was a health inspector. The visible area was a mess. The fridge had grease caked all over it, the cook was burning the food he was preparing for his customers (it made the whole restaurant smell terrible), The gentleman in the back used microwavable boa dumplings (the microwave looked in pretty bad sharp as well and I could buythe dumplings at the “Dollar Tree.”) There were a small few people that come in while I waited 30mins on my food that was promised too be out in 15mins. I honestly only think they were there because they wanted Chinese food and its cheaper than driving 30mins. one way. Will only eat here in the future if a visible change is made. Sorry I didn’t get any photos.

I brought beef and broccoli with chicken wings they gave me old chicken fried in old grease this is so wrong they new what they were giving me this place needs to be closed down asap! The rice taste old like why would they sell food like this this was a big disappointment I should have went to Camden!!! Please check your food when you buy it from here!

I’ve been coming here for quite some time. The main original reason was not just because of how much cheaper it is from the other restaurants, but the employees themselves are actually really nice people when you get to know them.
Years ago I remember when the current owner was still learning how to cook everything on the menu so some things MIGHT be undercooked, maybe to much water in the rice, or just plain flavorless.
Over the years the food quality has definitely improved and I remember the owner asking for feed back face to face because not a lot of customers give criticism for his cooking, if someone doesn’t like something, they just won’t return.
The dining inside isn’t the best because it’s not his main focus but it is available.
There’s a order window for people who don’t want to walk in, they will even bring the food out to your car.
I would give it a over all 8/10

I ordered 2 dishes in the past month, Sesame Chicken and Pepper steak I also ordered 5 shrimp rolls and I loved what I ordered, The Sesame Chicken had a taste That was very tasty. The pepper Steak could use more time to cook,not use to the peppers being hard, but it was still good. Everyone has a right to their opinion,but I would definitely go there again

This place is very hit or miss and I’ve noticed if the guy who I believe is the owner is working, food tends to be good but if it’s the girl it’s awful.
Last night I ordered cream cheese wontons and I ate a few and they were good only to bite down into one of them that was spoiled. This is not the first time this has happened and after the last time we quit eating here for a few months but seeing as food options are limited here in Folkston we decided to give them another try.
To add to the issue the rice last night was mush and sweet and sour chicken was full of geese.

Food was not bad. But the fried noodles were stale. The restaurant was nasty. I didn’t see a health rating posted. If the lobby area was bad the kitchen was probably worse. Reasonable priced food. Hopefully they will clean it up, if not I won’t be back.
