Very dangerous and disappointed. The food was spoiled and had a strong bad smell. It was clearly not fresh and unsafe to eat. Please be careful — I would not recommend this place to anyone. I hope they improve their food quality before someone gets seriously sick.

My daughter wanted to eat here, and the owner seemed like she had an attitude when taking our order, and she was not very friendly. My concern was how the hair in our food was handled when pointed out to the owner they absolutely did not care. When we asked for a refund she said they do not give refunds but can provide more food. I explained to her why would we want more food when we just found hair in the food, and she just kept repeating herself that she can’t give a refund but can give more food. Oh and it gets better my daughter got food poisoning the next day. Tried calling their establishments several times, but they don’t ever answer the phone. The phone just rings until the voicemail comes on saying put your security code in.

Nice People, but food not good. Passed by miltiple times but never thought of trying it, no other Asian spot in the mall, so really dont have a choice. so decided to stop by, who doesnt like asian food. Long story short… Never been to a place where I couldn’t chew the food. because it was hard. I told the people that was there. she apologized and offered to something else, but he damage was already done. So disappointed. Not going back. threw out 70% of the food. Very disappointing.

Bad quality food. Some chicken pieces felt raw and disgusting. Got general tso, bourbon chicken, tempura, rice and noodles on 4 plates. All bad!! Service and environment were also bad and pretty sucked… had to throw all food 🙁 wasted food, money and time!!!

Broccoli was cold, General Tao chicken had very good flavor but hard to chew. I purchased a soda that was warm asked for a cup of ice and was told they don’t have an extra cup. Told them to take off the soda I did want a warm soda. Mind you next to the fountain machine there were stacks of cups of all sizes.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would! I ordered a normal combo with rice, lo mein, an egg roll and a drink! The food was absolutely disgusting and I tried to tell them nicely that I just wanted a refund after I barley even touched the food specifically their rice and lo mein. They refused to refund me the money and charged me $19.60 and only refunded me $6 when I had all my food remaining. I am never coming here again. I used to come here often but wow their customer service sucks
