Absolutely disgusting food. Everything is ice cold and old tasting. $17.00 for a kids meal for orange chicken and rice. Then they attempted to charge me $1.00 dollar for a refill. Do NOT eat here unless you want over priced cold chicken and rice.

This restaurant is good, I mean I like their food, I scored with 2 star for service, this is my third time here and each time the service is different, in this ocasion there was a oldie lady, I know she is latina because I am latino too. She was very rough trying to be quick and attend to everyone and she was serving wrong sizes of food in my case I get only veggies and a little portion of meat I told her that it wasn’t fair and she only said I will charge you 3 dollars more and I said is ok, but my wife’s plate was worse she only received veggies. I think the next time I come to Tampa premium outlet I won’t eat again at this asian chao restaurant. I hope this help to someone looking for good food in this outlet.

The food was cold and they seem to discriminate with regards to who they will give a reasonable portion to. I received a very small portion for the price I paid. My friend ordered the exact same meal and got way more food than I did.
I also saw something black in my drink, so be careful to inspect your drink before you partake.

Rice and noodles bland orange chicken mushy. I paid $51 for 3 combo plates and 2 drinks $3.69 each drink and they had the nerve to charge $1 for a refill. Please don’t waste your money here.
