Paid $38. 2 meals for me and my friend. Entrees Bourbon chicken was dry and little flavoring. But what was worse was the customer service. A lady cleaning the glass was rushing me through, as I was waiting to order my second entree. And others giving attitude because I was waiting to order my meal. And they had me skip over other customers in line to pay. I would have expected better from an Asian place. I got sick from all the broccoli from my meal.

There really aren’t many options in this food court, But the truth is we thought that this food would be the best option but WE WERE WRONG!
If you have the opportunity, please do not go to this place, the food looks dry, tasteless and the attention of those who work is the worst. Everyone looks at you very badly, when you try to tell them something about the food They pretend they don’t hear you or understand you :c. The truth is I’ve always worked in customer service and I know what it’s like when there’s a rush or a lot of people, but that’s no reason to be rude.
When they charged me I didn’t complain about the price or anything, I was very kind and understanding but what did make me angry is that I politely asked for an empty glass because I have to take medicine.
And the girl who was there gave it to me but with poor attention and as soon as she finished she turned around to talk to her partner, they said something in their language and laughed seeing me :/. I don’t know if they said something about me for just ask for a cup.
But the whole service was so rude :c

Get it together! Stop rationing portions if you guys are going to charge 20 for a meal. Gave 5 stars for service because even the cashier realized that the server gave me a pitiful rice portion and went back to get more. Rice was also overcooked.

I realize it’s the food court at the airport but put a little effort into the food. No flavor. Beef and broccoli was tough, dry and inedible. Rice had no flavor. Cheese ragoons were old and cold.

PLEASE READ!!!! DO NOT BUY FROM HERE! They will charge you an absurd amount for the most minimal meal. Save yourself the bad customer service and the trouble and go to Sarku Japan or Chicken Now. They provide better food, prices and service. I work in the plaza I’m not expecting to be given a huge discount. The staff there and the manager refused to give me a discount although I have my name tag and uniform on. All because I choose to eat a smaller portion so unless I get their “regular” portion I can’t get a discount. This blasphemy needs to be stopped and this store removed from the food court. They do not care for the customers. $17 DOLLARS FOR THIS.

Chicken eggrolls tasted like drywall, low mein had no flavor and probably had sat there all day. Staff were rude and wouldnt even look at me when I was telling them how awful the food was. They did not care.

Been here a couple of times over the last 12 months and unfortunately this will be the last. The food portions were minimal compared to what you are paying. There are other options in the food court that offer more for the same price or less.

The food is ok but they give you a large portion of rice or noodles (the cheap stuff) and tiny portions of the main course (mixed vegetables in my case). The side of green beans was an ok size, not overly generous but ok. Not worth the price.
