My husband and I stopped here for lunch. Staff was very friendly, service was quick, and the food was hot and fresh. Generous portions, and great flavor. We had the kung pao chicken and orange chicken. The egg rolls were nice and crispy. We normally eat at Taste of Asia, but I believe this is our new place!

First time trying this place and the food was great! It looks like they sell a variety of dishes from Chinese to Thai. It wasn’t too pricy and the portion of food was generous. We tried the lo mein, which had great flavor and the vegetables were nicely cooked. The orange chicken and general tso’s chicken were yummy too, but almost tasted like the same thing. The fried rice was pretty good, cooked with some egg and soy sauce. And the chicken egg rolls were nice and crispy. Overall, a really good Asian restaurant.

Edit- We will never eat here again! My grandmothers chair slipped out from under her when she was sitting down at the table and fell, she broke her hip in the restaurant on 11-16-24 around 1:00 pm. No one came to see if she was ok or if we needed any help, but thought it appropriate to all go to the back and laugh. I called to see if the they had video footage of her fall for her Doctor to understand how this break occurred. They told me they would call me back after finding it and haven’t heard one thing back. Horrible customer service.
A lot like Taste of Asia. The rice wasn’t dry, soup wasn’t too thick, the meat was tender. The vegetables could have been steamed a little longer,

Ordered the teriyaki salmon and chicken with lo mein and veggies. Teriyaki sauce was very bland. Lo mein is plain no cabbage or anything in it. Veggies had zero seasoning on them. May come back to try something different but will not order any of what I had today.

The BEST Asian food in DFW!! Staff is so sweet, food is incredible, and it feels homey! The raw salmon tastes so so fresh too. This will always be high on my recommendations list!

This is my wife and I’s favorite local chinese food restaurant! I’ve tried a number of dishes, but ultimately I’ve settled on the chicken lo mein as my favorite. Growing up, I remember loving the chicken lo mein from some place. I’ve tried lo mein from a number of places, but with Asian Cafe I’ve finally found a place that tastes like the one from my childhood! My wife enjoys the Sesame Chicken, and greatly appreciates that the fried rice isn’t filled with random veggies.

My first time here and I was not impressed, unfortunately. I was really craving authentic ramen and hoping it would be good here since the reviews seemed to be somewhat promising. However, the ramen was so bland and unseasoned the soy and chili sauce didn’t even make a difference. What I can say is that at least the hot tea was “okay”, but when served the guy who seated me pretty much slammed and shoved my drink in front of me. Overall, in combination with what I ordered along with customer service it was overpriced and less than mediocre. I will not be returning.

Some of the best Chinese food I’ve had in a long time. I had sesame chicken and my wife had pecan chicken. Both were amazing! Good cuts of chicken, lightly battered, crispy, perfect amount of sauce. Their eggrolls were awesome too, I had to get a second order of them. I wish I lived closer to this place. If you live nearby, this should be your place for Chinese food. If you’re passing by, stop here for lunch or dinner, you will be glad you did. The staff was very friendly too, even though we showed up at 9pm.

Surrounded by chain restaurants, I wanted something new and homestyle. In passing through the shopping center, I saw this restaurant and a quick look through the reviews, was convinced to stop in. I ordered the Hot and Sour soup, a Wasabi roll, and Szechwan shrimp. With full view of the kitchen, everything came out fresh and timed perfectly. The soup was delicious and the sushi was delectable. The main dish came out soon after and it was packed with flavor. The sauce had a perfect amount of heat. The experience definitely brought back some great memories of eating fantastic Asian food in Houston.
