I would give it 4 stars for food taste; crab rangoon actually has a lot of crab meat in it.
It gets 2 stars mainly because the servers took my plates 3 times, and our waters (girlfriend and mine) stayed empty. They walked by 8 times and never asked if we needed more. They would look at my empty glass and keep walking. I feel it may be because we look young.
Also, the selection was minimal.
Good thing, they have crab legs.

I really like this place, and they are friendly without being in your way. There was one small gripe this time though. We got 3 meals, and a drink with each. I had a coffee. I also requested s water. We were there for almost an hour, and I was never offered a refill on either coffee. I would have really liked one.

The food is absolutely awful, but the service is even worse. They never have sushi out, food is only made when you show up because no one goes there. The lady was very nasty, tried to accuse us of not paying for a drink? It was like a daycare in the front with all 6 of their little kids running around. Smelled like sewage last time we went in. Left immediately will never go back. Buffet in Potsdam is 100x better, well worth the drive compared to this dump.

I use to love eating here all the time when it first opened. I took my niece out for dinner tonight for a special treat and the, everything right down to the white rice, tastes as if it were from last night. As if this was not bad enough the staff was beyond rude and they acted as if they would have lost their jobs if they smiled!!! Had these last two things not have occurred I wouldn’t have even noticed they added a significant amount to the bill! My niece was at the children’s rate of $6.99 and I was $11.99 with one drink of $2. Now, I’m no math professor but that’s not $30. I very much doubt I will ever go here again. It would have to be at a special request from one of the children. Very disappointing.

On holidays the buffet has much more available then during the week… (seafood and fruit choices.)
The service is quick at your table and the buffet is always warm.
Take out is available from the buffet if requested.
There is cardiac and diabetic friendly choices at the buffet.
No MSG is used at this restaurant!

Check your bills, they started overcharging me as we went in each week. When reviewing my bank statement they not only overcharged me, they charged an additional $5.99 for no apparent reason. (Even after that fact I left a tip). While attempting to discuss the overcharges, the cashier became very defensive argumentative, deflecting onto me. Needless to say I will never go there again. Pay attention to your bills, while looking at your bank statement.
Also, the last two times we went around 3-3:30 their food was dried out, crusty and hardly anything available that was edible.

Best Asian food I’ve had in the North Country. I tip well here because I go so often that I feel I know the people who work there. I love it when they play ‘Kiss The Rain’ on their playlist.

Eh. I was rather unimpressed. First off, it was really really hot in the place.
Most of the food seemed like it was sitting out a while. It seemed tough, and overall not tasty. There also wasn’t a huge variety (like I have seen in some other buffets). The fried rice was not good.
I really doubt I’ll ever go back. That aside, the server was friendly.
