The female doesn’t really speak English and treats people like they are brainless when it is her who has no understanding. Horrible experience. Please respect people and understand that you don’t understand . I don’t think they understand that people don’t care whether it is called bourbon or teriyaki , but the rude female talked like she won a science competition when correcting people that it is bourbon not teriyaki . Also it is a weird question to ask if the customer would pay extra for asking for two entrees . But the price is on the menu . Overall , it was extremely unpleasant experiences due to the female’s attitude. Food is extremely horrible too

Number one spot for Asian food is surprisingly at the mall. I always get the chicken and broccoli with lo mein and it’s always 10/10!! If your hungry at this mall make this your first choice.

This is pretty much the only place i eat at this mall. For me the price is very reasonable and usually they have something i always enjoy. The spicy fried tofu (w/Veggies & Lo Main) is always great and my go-to when I want a filling snack.
I wish I could give bonus stars simply for the wonderful woman working the register today (9/1/24, roguhly 1 pm). She was amazingly friendly! While I patiently waited for my meal I noticed every customer who came into here (including myself!) was acknowledged and greeted, she made sure to ask if orders were correct double checking and all, and would always find something to compliment or have that moment of a quick impression/connection and making someone’s day that much better. Not one person left without a smile. Someone like that is a very rare gift in the food industry. I wish I could give her a proper shout-out, but I never got her name!

The food would be good if it was hot. I ordered at 12:40 and sat at a table to eat right away and the veggies feel like they came out of the refrigerator and microwaved and only bits and pieces warmed to room temperature. The bourbon chicken is definitely from the day before, very dry and only warmed up a bit. I ate 3 pieces of the chicken then ate only the rice. Ill try this place again one day and see if I get a different result.

5/31 update: I’m done coming here. One day they serve chicken teryiaky, next day they don’t, but always advertise it. Apparently it depends on if they have someone to run the grill. Waste of my time.
Kind of a hot mess. The food here is very good. Prices use to be a bit better but they’ve gone up. Pretty big selection of items but they can’t do any grill items if a certain cook isn’t there. The non Asian girl here dresses like she just woke up and it’s 90 deg outside. Last time I was here there was arguing in the back. So…. your typical Chinese place with 1 non asain employee who is interesting!

Very small Asian place in the Springfield mall across from Sbarro’s. I’ve only been here twice, once when I was very little. The food is decent, basic, but they offer good veggie options and chicken options. The place used to have seats inside but took them out so now you have to eat in the general food court area. They also have bubble tea, I tried the papaya one and it was delicious! It tasted like a cantaloupe drink, very light and sweet. People there were working fast and looked very busy so it must be a good business.

The styrofoam contains are completely horrible quality! I dont live around the corner so I tied the bag tight and the food still leaked all over the bag and lost some of the rice. In addition, they don’t give receipts so orders can easy get mixed up. Thirdly, don’t get meat there because it is the worst quality. I get the shrimp teriyaki and it is decent.
