Very small Asian place in the Springfield mall across from Sbarro’s. I’ve only been here twice, once when I was very little. The food is decent, basic, but they offer good veggie options and chicken options. The place used to have seats inside but took them out so now you have to eat in the general food court area. They also have bubble tea, I tried the papaya one and it was delicious! It tasted like a cantaloupe drink, very light and sweet. People there were working fast and looked very busy so it must be a good business.

The food would be good if it was hot. I ordered at 12:40 and sat at a table to eat right away and the veggies feel like they came out of the refrigerator and microwaved and only bits and pieces warmed to room temperature. The bourbon chicken is definitely from the day before, very dry and only warmed up a bit. I ate 3 pieces of the chicken then ate only the rice. Ill try this place again one day and see if I get a different result.

Number one spot for Asian food is surprisingly at the mall. I always get the chicken and broccoli with lo mein and it’s always 10/10!! If your hungry at this mall make this your first choice.

The two times that I have been here I’ve had pretty good experiences the food is fresh and hot and really good. The teriyaki chicken is the best in my opinion I would say it’s my go to meal here, but the second time I came here the “teriyaki machine was down” so I had to order something else which I forget what it was though I think it was like bourbon Chicken or something of that nature and it was pretty good too but not like the teriyaki chicken.

The styrofoam contains are completely horrible quality! I dont live around the corner so I tied the bag tight and the food still leaked all over the bag and lost some of the rice. In addition, they don’t give receipts so orders can easy get mixed up. Thirdly, don’t get meat there because it is the worst quality. I get the shrimp teriyaki and it is decent.

This food was horrible. The bourbon chicken was not cut up huge chunks and the rice was musher than usual and the shrimp roll was dry almost as if it were days old! Definitely wasted the money. Because I threw both dishes away!!.

Girl, Bianna was not nice at all, didn’t give veggies & said you had to request them, not true, then she apologized to the next customer for taking so long when it took normal time for a 3 person order, she worked herself right out of a tip & I’m a firm believer in 20% tips but not when you don’t do your job correctly & then try to make me look bad for asking 1 question. This place was good when it 1st opened & has steadily declined in service & food quality since.

Excellent food here at Asian Bistro! I reccomend anyone who is shopping at the Springfield Mall stop by and give it a try. The items on the menu are priced fairly, the portions are generous, and they have a nice selection of menu items, dishes, and drinks to choose from.
