We LOVE Asian 1. Pad Thai with chicken and Mongolian Beef like you have never had before. Always our number one choice when we decide to go out. I’ve been coming here for close to 10 years and never had a bad experience. That doesn’t happen these days. Try it out you won’t regret it.

Not a good place to eat if you are vegetarian. They put shrimp sauce or fish oil in everything. Even the peanut sauce and every curry!!! They must premake everything? How can a kitchen not whip up some vegetarian peanut sauce or curry for a customer?? What.
i ordered the pad Thai, vegan and gluten free, as per their insistence. Apparently it is the only dish they can do completely vegetarian.
Well, it was disgusting, had to spit out the fried tofu because it tasted like steak. Otherwise, no flavor. Also, i requested the highest level of spice [5], and the dish was not spicy at all. Thai food is my favorite, but not like this. Not with fishy oil or shrimp in everything. A true Thai restaurant respects vegetarianism. In fact, i am pretty sure that Goddess they have a massive bust of on their wall, she is vegetarian herself!!! But my friend who i went with said the staff does not even know her name.
And luckily my friend brought his own hot sauce [he’s from Texas] so i could put that on my side of brown rice for some sustenance.
The only thing that made up for the disappointing food was the drinks and the service. Excellent raspberry mojitos and really kind, attentive staff. The atmosphere is pretty cool, too.
Curious… why it says “healthy Asian cuisine” on the outside sign. i definitely disagree. Shrimp sauce is NOT healthy. Et cetera. Next time, i will just go for the drinks.

Beyond a pleasure to dine in with my brother for a fun and chill time while enjoying our delicious meals. I highly recommend the mongolian beef and deep-fried golden prawns. The host and servers were both friendly and professional, a comfortable experience!

I honestly wasn’t put off by the place due to the price, but my dear friend who started working here not too long ago offered to pay for me and my Boyfriend. (Thank you Lawrence!!!)
The food was FANTASTIC! I got the Tokyo yakisoba, and not a single ingredient disappointed me. The carrots were still firm and had a lot of flavor, same with the broccoli, the beef was wonderfully tender and not fatty at all! Good, quality meat. Their white rice also blew me away, as it was the first time I had gotten white rice in a restaurant that actually had flavor.
We also got Veggie Spring Rolls, which were served with this delicious sweet and tangy sauce, and they were wonderfully crisp.
My boyfriend got the Crab & Chicken fried rice, which was also brimming with flavor, and was a MASSIVE serving.
Not to mention our server, Kathryn, was the sweetest! So on top of everything, and it was her first solo shift!!! Big big shout out to her and Lawrence for really making our experience that much better.

I am not the kind of person that would go to a restaurant that offers food from three different countries. Normally in my experience that would indicate a lack of quality or focus. Not true with Asian 1. From the moment we walked in we were overwhelmed with how clean and warm everything felt. The restaurant smelt incredible and everyone who was working were super friendly and had a smile on their face while they were working very hard. The bar service was great and they have super clean beer lines and really fun inexpensive cocktails. The food is where it’s at though. We left this meal giggling with how delicious everything was. I cannot believe the quality of the food and the whole experience what’s truly delightful. We will be back over and over again

I was getting a pickup order with my son and he sometimes has problems going into new places. They noticed that he was uncomfortable going inside so they brought our order out to us and was very friendly and made for an awesome pickup experience. She was so kind and thoughtful to do that for us. Absolutely! Went above and beyond to provide excellent customer service. Also, the food is pretty good. Would definitely recommend to anyone!! Thanks again. You guys are off!!

Love going here. I have had many of their dishes and all are great. I would highly recommend their pad thai and the Mongolian beef. If you like your food spicy, ask for their thai spice. Their mixed drinks are uniquely served and make it an experience. The Blue Hawaiian and the Lady in Red are my top picks.

Everything was great! The staff was very nice and courteous, they were always on time and didn’t take too long. I was going to take a picture of my food but I was too hungry and it was too good that I totally scarfed it down. The food was really good, very nice for splitting because you get big portions. I split my dish with a friend and both of us were very full afterwards, it was enough for both of us. Anyway just a good place to go and hangout with friends if you’re feeling some Thai food. The atmosphere is great too, one thing though, it’s always a bit cold inside so have a scarf handy or a sweater because I’m always freezing when I come out from there, but it’s not a big deal just a little heads up for you.
