We had a wonderful Christmas Day dining experience at Asia Café (Town & Country location) in Knoxville! From the moment we arrived, the atmosphere was warm and welcoming—exactly what you hope for on a holiday. The staff was friendly, patient, and attentive, even though they were clearly working hard on a busy Christmas Day.
The food was excellent: fresh, flavorful, and beautifully prepared. Every dish came out hot and tasted just as good as it looked. Portions were generous, and everything felt thoughtfully made, not rushed. It was especially nice to enjoy such high-quality food on a day when many places are closed.
What really stood out was how smoothly everything ran despite the holiday rush. The service remained kind and efficient, and we never felt hurried. Asia Café made our Christmas Day feel special and stress-free.

i miss living in knoxville because of this place and this place only. i got into town 15 minutes ago and placed my order immediately. it NEVER disappoints . i always get the naruto roll and tuna tataki. extra ginger (and they never don’t give me extra, i love it!)

Wow the dishes in the menu is endless. From japanese to Thai, yiu can pretty much get most of Asian food. The owner is very friendly and so funny. We ordered Roti for an appetizer , Laksa mee hoon, Kang pao chicken, and drunken noodle with beef for the main. Roti was my favorite and Laksa was hubby’s.

Last night I went to pick up an order and was charged a $1.50 extra for each entree versus what was advertised. The cashier’s excuse was it was because I selected a protein. General Tso’s Chicken comes with chicken does it not?
I haven’t talked about the taste. It was okay six months ago but has gotten progressively more greasy and bland. Honestly you’re better off going to an all you can eat buffet for an extra dollar or two. The food will be better depending on what you get and it’s all you can eat for a few dollars more.
I let them fool me about six times, but I’m done now.

Lots of variety on the menu and excellent food. I had the cashew chicken and it was the perfect balance of meat, nuts, rice, veggies, and sauce. The sauce was flavorful and not too salty. Prices were reasonable, with clearly listed different prices for cash payments and card payments on the menu. My only complaint was that when I tried to pay with a coupon on my phone, they waitress just took my phone to the kitchen without even asking me first. They returned it and got my payment processed fine, but I would have appreciated if they had asked permission. Other than that, this is a great spot for quality food.

The food was awesome. I ordered the hibachi grill combo plate with chicken and shrimp, and it came with a really good portion of rice, veggies, and protein. They also include complimentary soup with the plate, and the hot and sour soup was honestly so good. My whole order was around $15 and it’s totally worth it. Only downside: everything was a bit too salty, so I’d suggest adding a note to use less salt.

We had seen your sushi and thought it looked good. We had not been in since Taste of Thai closed. Our Sunday lunch turned out to be a been there done that moment. The menu is HUGE!!! The Jasmine tea was okay. The egg drop soup was good. The General Tso Chicken was dry, tough, and stringy. Definitely not fresh or tender. The broccoli was good. Rice fine. The tuna roll and Shrimp Tempura were dry and nothing special. When we got the bill, it took a long time for them to pick it up. Another couple finally got up after waiting as well. Two servers were just visiting with each other at the cash register. There were around 15 people in the restaurant. We checked it out and sadly will check it off.

The food was great! The service was spot on! I never ran out of my drink. We went on a karaoke night. It was so much fun! They have karaoke there on Friday and Saturday from 8pm to 11pm.

Tried the Asian Cafe and had to try this one, I wasn’t disappointed. The food was delicious! Husband loved the egg drop soup, I enjoyed the miso soup…lots of flavor. Shrimp tempura app was crisp and cooked perfectly. Chicken low mein was perfect and my husbands Mongolian beef was tender and full of flavor! 5 stars guys!!
