I had a wonderful experience at this restaurant. The food was fresh and full of flavor—especially the seafood, which was perfectly cooked. The staff were friendly and attentive, and the atmosphere was cozy and welcoming. Prices were fair for the quality. So I’ve been ordering food from This place many many times. Every time I ordered they always gave me freshly cook instead of just putting the buffet food into the box for me. But this time they did. I can taste the old Broccoli and chicken that are very dry. I wish they change and stop doing this. I don’t want food that’s been sitting there. I spent $20 to order freshly good food not old food for the buffet. But their fried chicken is fresh though that’s why I gave a 2 stars.

Yesterday I took my mother for lunch… food was not good old like it’s been sitting there for hours we came not long after open time.. workers very rude. We finished and I went to the front to pay my mother and kid (6mo) sit in the front while I went to use the bathroom you can see the bathroom straight clear view from front to back of the building..the owner then went and tried to play “touch” my child and my mother spoke up and said no dont do that so she stood behind them clapping like the was playing with him until I come back from the bathroom to make sure I wasn’t getting more food…. i louded said you was watching to make sure i didnt eat nothing else and she walked away…. this wasn’t the first time this happened my dad and his gf grandson (3yr) was leaving he paid then got the grandson a to go ice cream immediately after paying and if you been here you know the ice cream machine is right next to the chasier desk and she charged him 2$. Also soon they sit down to eat them asked my dad to pay and he said when im done…. Just rude !
Every since the spider was posted on Facebook in the sweet and sour chicken this place has just got awful there’s even more pics of roaches in the reviews here on Google.
I came for nice lunch but we will stop going here and start going the extra 10mins to BUFFET KING. Hot fresh food nice clean and respectful. Way better by a 1000x!! Even have a hibachi bar.

Pleasantly surprised by how fresh everything was! The sushi and soups were light and not too salty, and the entrées were very tasty. Prices are super reasonable, and the Mongolian grill is always great. Tables are clean, drinks refilled quickly — easily one of the best Asian buffets in Chattanooga!

It’s funny how everyone rates forbidden city to be the best. But this place is absolutely amazing. You can tell they take pride in the way they make their food and the lady upfront is really kind. Went here for Sunday afternoon everything was piping hot. I have to say I’m impressed.
