It was nice to find a little dive bar in the middle of all the overpriced junk around. Tiki theme was on point and the music brought me back to my gutter punk days and so did all the people drinking PBR. Their drink menu was awesome!

My partner and I went here for a drink while visiting Asheville and it would have been a great spot if both of us were white. The bar itself wasn’t unwelcoming; service was friendly, drinks were cheap, music was great, and it is a perfect little dive bar with the classic shot&High Life drink special. However, while my partner and I were outside enjoying our drinks, another patron made a damning remark about race that really made me and my boyfriend feel unsafe. A punk rock locals spot with an interesting and fun menu and good drinks. The waitress was delightfully sweet. The music is loud and there’s an expansive smoking section which wafted inside a lot so it’s not a spot for everyone but we had a nice time people watching and enjoying tiki drinks. The painkiller was unlike any I have ever had before but it was good- just unexpected.
