The sushi was the star!
We ordered 2 sushi rolls and they were both really great. I would definitely order sushi from them again.
The hibachi meal and the noodles were a little disappointing. I’m not picky but the sauce on the meat and veggies didn’t have a great flavor. I also did not expect sauce on the meal. Had I known it would come with it, I would have asked to leave it off. It was a lot of food and the rice was really good.
Service was great. Prices were reasonable.

First time trying this restaurant and it did not disappoint! From the customer service to the food – all was great! I had the shrimp tempura roll & the crab rangoons. Prices are very reasonable. My server Vicky was super sweet & attentive, and so was the owner. I will definitely be back!

The hand rolls were exquisite. The soup was served hot and it was delightful and quite tasty. The Habachi portions are large, well flavored and very filling. The green tea had subtle flavors that enhanced the taste of the food. The deserts looked and tasted splendid. The service was exceptional and friendly. There is a very laid back type atmosphere that makes this restaurant feel comfortable, like home.There is ample parking. It does not matter if you are dining alone or with a large group, you will be thrilled upon your visit. When I’m in the area, this is a location that I will be returning to multiple times.

From the moment we walked in and saw the cat themed decor, we knew we were in the right place. We had a craving for sushi that only Asheville Sushi and Hibachi could fill the prescription for. Each bite was a symphony of perfect flavor. Oh yes, we will definitely be back!

My fiance and I are regulars here. We LOVE sushi and both moved from coastal towns (we know fresh!) and have tried numerous restaurants around here for sushi. This is by far our favorite. It is 99% of the time super fast and good service. We came so often the server (she is no longer there) always knew our drink order and asked if we still wanted that. We of course have had a different server ever since she left, and now she knows our regular order too! The Ocean Adventure is one of my favorite rolls of all time. They recently changed their menu and luckily all my favorite rolls are still there, and now we get to try new ones!! So far of the newer rolls the Golden Mango is my personal favorite. It’s not the best atmosphere in the world BUT they make up for it in every other way.

Everything is always fresh and delicious, and the green tea has a unique, comforting flavor. The restaurant is very clean, the service is attentive, and they never let dirty dishes pile up on the table.

First time here we came in & got sat pretty quick it was lunch time & the place was pretty empty. After being sat we order our beverages. Our server didn’t come back until 10 mins later by then we ordered an appetizer, a few rolls and hibachi. The food was pretty good. If I had to pick I’d say the sushi was better than the hibachi. The yum yum sauce was very sweet, along with the hibachi sauce. But both rolls we ordered were pretty good. My only knock is you may have to wait like we did to order, so maybe look elsewhere if you are starving.
The ginger salad, the sojo shrimp & the Superman roll were my favorites out of everything.

Food (sushi) was great and priced cheap which I loved personally. Taste of the sushi was as expected. Atmosphere was good. They just played a ton of Taylor Swift songs which I dinged them for on this review. Service was good – Emmie was a one woman band. She done everything except make the food. She was fantastic and a hard worker. Super thoughtful. Our 1st time here and we will definitely be back. Also my wife and I got out under $45 bucks before tip.
