A delight for the tastebuds! Fortunately I managed to get a reservation at Ash & Vine and I highly recommend reserving in advance as the spots fill up fast. Don’t wait until the last minute to book.
From the moment I arrived, it was an amazing experience with personable staff and prompt service. I loved the grilled cheese dumplings as they were something I never had before. And the filet was delicious and cooked to perfection.
And special thanks to Andrew for being a wonderful server making sure I enjoyed my meal, gave great recommendations and checked in regularly to ensure I was enjoying my meal. I would most definitely come back again for dinner!

This new restaurant in Palm Springs was such a fantastic find. It was a small and intimate environment that felt warm and cozy. They gave me a handwritten card for my birthday, which was such a thoughtful touch. We got the grilled cheese wontons as an appetizer which was very interesting and delicious. The entrees were fantastic and inspired. We got the scallops with risotto and Wahoo fish of the day with sweet rice and papaya salad. The tiramisu was absolutely delicious to finish things off with a shot of espresso. This may be a new restaurant, but I believe this restaurant is the best restaurant in Palm Springs. I would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone in Palm Springs and looking forward to going back again.

Palm Springs has never been one of my foodie destinations, mostly because there is so much inconsistency with food quality, creativity, and service. Well… I NOW STAND CORRECTED! A new concept, only about 6 months old… Ash & Vine hits the mark and BULLSEYE on all fronts.
I truly enjoyed the ambience , staff, and the food was outstanding. It’s located in a small vintage bungalow and only has eight tables. The owners are all from the restaurant industry; they decided to open up their own concept. Small, quaint, and with a seasonal, expertly drafted menu, it allows them to deliver an exquisite dining experience. They are all workers as well.
Not to miss !

Amazing new addition to the downtown dining scene! The dining room only seats 20 and is intimate and beautiful. The food is outstanding!!! The grilled cheese dumplings were fantastic (pictured) and the scallop risotto, rigatoni and Jidori chicken were all packed with flavor and really delicious. The wine list is limited but features and excellent Belle Glos pinot noir that is reasonably priced. Definitely going back!!

Ash & Vine is excellence personified! This is a beautiful, cozy little gem tucked away in a gorgeous little plaza in Downtown Palm Springs. Right when you walk in you feel as if you are walking into someone’s home. That’s how intimate and cozy the vibes are. The dishes are extraordinary! They are presented with such artistic care and craftsmanship. The flavors- it’s the kind of food that forces you to be silent out of respect for how incredible the food is. It needs a moment of silence to fully appreciate and take in the compelling oral pleasure these dishes bring you. The service is impeccable. From the greet, the guidance on the menu for your choices and the check ins to see how your experience is going. It is a team of seasoned hospitality professionals behind this success story of a location. This is what happens when skill, passion, talent and love get together and create their love child for the world to love too. Well done, Ash & Vine! Do yourself a favor and go in to experience this wonder for yourself. Bravo!

Exceptional food and service. We stumbled across this place for lunch and it’s GORGEOUS! The little hideaway garden setting, the great music and the phenomenal food (hot honey chicken salad and banh mi) blew us away. We came back for dinner and absolutely loved it! Such romantic spot with a thoughtful menu. We met Chef Matthew, Andrew and their team, such great hospitality. We can’t wait to come back next time we’re in town.

An excellent new restaurant in the former French Miso Cafe location. We enjoyed our lunch, especially the Calabrian pepper cheesesteak sandwich which was truly one of the best sandwiches I’ve ever had. Delightfully upscale and casual at the same time. Highly recommended.

Ash & Vine is easily one of the most exciting new restaurants to open in La Plaza, Palm Springs. This ambitious new spot from Chef Matt Resler is an absolute standout.
Chef Resler’s globally-inspired concept takes diners on a culinary journey from Spain to Japan, with a sentimental stop at his mom’s kitchen for the standout Grilled Cheese Dumplings. The commitment to farm-to-table freshness shines through in every dish. We started with the innovative Patatas Bravas topped with Charred Leek Crema and Lemon Reserve Caviar and a refreshing, perfectly balanced Chorizo and Summer Melon Salad. The Hamachi Crudo with an Avocado-Wasabi Sorbet Vinaigrette was truly unforgettable—a symphony of cool, creamy, and zesty flavors that you have to experience to believe.
For our mains, the Rigatoni was a bold and robust take on an Italian classic, perfectly spicy and rich. The Fish of the Day, a delicate cod, transported us to Thailand with its fragrant Red Curry Sauce, Jade Rice, and crisp Papaya Salad. We ended the meal with the perfect dessert: a light and airy Pavlova with Vanilla Bean Mousse and Pineapple Verjus Sorbet.
This was an exceptional dining experience from start to finish. The service was superb, attentive, and incredibly knowledgeable, which made us want to come back as soon as possible.
