“The perfect Latte “. A knowledgeable barista masterfully teases the tantalizing flavors out of their roasted ground coffee beans. Then pours the delightful black liquid into an heavy duty teal colored porcelain mug, with saucer and tiny spoon. Steamed milk is delicately poured in, ending in a remarkable artistic design on top.
Have a seat in the modern, well lit coffee house. Be dazzled from the distinct scents and flavors from the Latte. Taste the bitter, sweetness, fruitiness, and the boldness.

Very authentic biscuits with the coffee. But the chai tea could have been way better. It din taste like tea at all. But, a very cute place to hang out with a small group, over coffee and board games (they have them at the cafe)

Upon walking in, we immediately saw their selection of baked goods — including vegan apple cinnamon muffins! Very delicious with house made chai and almond milk. Service was also very quick and friendly.

Great local coffee shop that has embraced the craft coffee market with helpful staff to give good recommendations. The space in Osos is not necessarily my favorite, with a bit of a bland building and setting, but they make up for it with their quality of coffee and service. I bought a pound to take camping, and it provided a most welcome tasty morning treat – flavorful and complex.

I am not impressed by “organic” whatevers but I do enjoy the hand made work that is usually associated with it. This place really nails it. The coffee was made with care, in real cups, the cinnamon coffee cake is just like my mother’s recipe and it is always nice to see a place with a selection of board games.

I can count on a reliable espresso from the down-to-earth staff at Ascendo. Local students fill up the tables quickly, but there’s usually a seat open. Good vibe but pretty vanilla on the atmosphere.

A beautiful place, great coffee, delicious cookies, kind and helpful service, cleanliness well above many similar coffee spots. The boardgames could be better organized, but that’s on the customers. Come for the needed buzz, stay for the atmosphere and cool scene. You will want to come back.

Great craft coffee. Don’t go to Starbucks! Support local small businesses that roast coffee and prep better that doesn’t taste like burnt bitter coffee. The staff was very friendly and very patient with a customer ahead of me that was kind of a “Karen”! Thank you for making my visit to Los Osos that much better. Great roast too. I took home a bag of Mexico with me and love it.
