We came here on 6/30/25, we were seated right away and the food came really fast. The food was good and the waiters were kind. The atmosphere also was good because of the retro vibe. The only reason I gave this place a 4 is because I saw a hair on my utensils.

Nice little diner next to the bowling alley and adjacent to the Asbury hotel. Service was great and the workers were friendly! Had the Asbury breakfast platter, coffee, and juice. Everything was good and felt very “diner authentic”. You can charge you the room if you’re staying at the hotel which is nice. I didn’t try the milkshakes but I wanted to (it was too early)! Maybe next time! Recommend checking it out!

This place is a diamond! The burger has no reason to be this good! The vanilla milk shake was awesome. It was really fun to be able to watch the band play inside Asbury Lanes from the counter. The staff were super nice! Can’t wait to come back.

This small dinner has nice service and yummy breakfast items. The bacon jam that accompanies the french toast tacos is fantastic ; it’s a great combination of savory & sweet. The breakfast burrito is delicious as well. The location is close to the beach which is ideal ⛱️

A very nice little diner! Gives big classic diner vibes and is right off the boardwalk, so it’s a great spot to visit when you’re down the shore.
I did miss the presence of a regular burger, but the sliders were very good. Grilled cheese was incredible.
Would warn that prices are very much beach prices, so not your average $10 for a burger and fries prices. Be ready!

Me and my friend usually come here all the time and over the past three years it’s become our favorite diner, we recommend this place to everybody. However, we had just the absolute worst experience getting a milkshake and fries. The server got our order wrong and we ended up paying $10 extra even though we clarified the mistake, she then was very rude abt it/correcting us even though we said we’d pay the extra we didn’t order, but we decided to let it go. We then got the drinks and the milkshakes tasted like milk and asphalt mixed together, we literally couldn’t drink them. I’m hoping that if they changed the formula or if something was expired, they change it back ASAP. Fries were bad but that may have been an us problem because we were already put off. For a $10-12 milkshake I would hope that at least one of them is edible.

Ok this review went from 3 to 4 to 5 stars as my experience at this restaurant progressed. It started out by me ordering a plain cheeseburger and having it served with onions and some green stuff that I did not even know what it was. Anyway I scrapped off the onions and green stuff and when I took a bite. I was treated to what could possibly be the best burger I ever had. I mean words can’t describe how good it was. It was also cooked to perfection. I could not have made a better burger myself. Also the waitress was amazing and the toilet here is clean so my experience going to the bathroom here was awesome . What I feared would be a bad experience turned into one of the best burgers I have ever had in my 45 years on this planet. I will be back! Also if you stay in the motel that is attached to this restaurant you get 25 percent off your meal which is great. My boyfriend said the chicken he got here was some of the best he ever had. In short the quality of the food here is some of the best I’ve ever had at any restaurant.

Went during a concert. They could have easily given really disappointing food for a premium price at a venue where they have a captive audience, but I was very happy with the quality of the food they serviced us. It wasn’t cheap but wasn’t expensive either. Food tasted great and was made to order!

Unfortunately, this was not the experience I was expecting. I made a reservation for my boyfriend and I, and was super excited at first! We went in and loved the old timey atmosphere and went right for a malt milkshake (which was for $12). We ordered sliders thinking they were going to be decent sized ones we saw in pictures online. We got them and they were the size of dollar coins (and for about $17 for 2 sliders)! I ordered bacon jam on the side. When I reminded the waitress to grab it for me after bringing our food out, she said they’re still making the burger topping. I then sat for 15 minutes waiting for my bacon jam and trying to get her attention (we were the only table in there). She came over and asked if we were doing well. Clearly not since I had to wait 15 minutes for a burger topping letting my food get cold. She never checked on us after bringing the jam, never refilled waters. It was overall not the cozy, comfort diner experience I was hoping for. For 2 orders of TINY burgers and fries and one small milkshake, it was over $62! Unfortunately not worth it. Be careful when choosing; the diner and bowing alley are different places!

Place was clean, very slow, and first time here, fhe food however was disappointing. The menu said pork roll and cheese on a kaiser roll, it was a small hamburger bun. The potatoes, were literally 4 of those mini small potatoes cut in quarters. I get places trying to hike prices and go cheap on their food but this was ridiculous, also the 20% was not deserved as a tip. The tip is what the customer feels is deserved.
