A Sweet Experience Like No Other!
Asal Bee is hands down one of the most unique and beautiful spots I’ve visited! From the moment you walk in, you’re greeted by a stunning interior design that blends modern elegance with a warm, welcoming atmosphere.
Their drinks and pastries are truly next level — I tried the pistachio mille-feuille and a creamy layered dessert topped with shredded phyllo. Both were mind-blowing. You can tell these are made with care and high-quality ingredients — and the best part? No refined sugar anywhere — everything is naturally sweetened with honey.
They offer an incredible selection of honey from Yemen, including rare and medicinal varieties. Yes, it’s pricey — but it feels like you’re buying a piece of tradition and wellness. The pure honeycomb is especially impressive!
The menu is diverse and fun: lavender lattes, pistachio drinks, smoothies, house-made ice cream, protein waffles — all honey-based, all crafted with health and taste in mind.
Customer service is also top-notch — friendly, patient, and passionate about what they do. The store is immaculately clean, and there are plenty of gift options, from elegant tins of nuts and delights to beautifully packaged honey products.
Just a heads-up: it gets quite busy on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday nights, so plan accordingly if you’re looking for a more relaxed visit.
If you’re in the area, do not miss this place. Whether you’re stopping for dessert, a hot drink, or something to bring home, Asal Bee delivers a sweet experience in every sense.

The waffle was amazingly fluffy and sweet in combination with the smooth ice cream and organic honey. If you have a sweet tooth for breakfast, I would recommend coming here. The fruit were sweet as well and ripe!
Downside: more so on the pricey side.

lovely place . We actually went on a Week night , and it was around 9ish. They ran out of all cakes/pastries . Nothing was on display, hence the pics I took aren’t that lovely. it’s like empty shelves. We ordered some waffle with Ice-cream and fruits on top. looked so pretty . tasted even better plz open one of your store here in central Jersey.

I was really looking forward to visiting this place ever since I came across a related Insta post, but my experience was a little underwhelming. Waffles were very good but the Ice Cream options were very limited. Most of their desserts were not available but maybe the timing was not right. The honeycomb they provided was really good though. Will probably visit again to try the shakes.

This place is incredibly welcoming! The staff are so kind and genuinely passionate about what they do. They’re always happy to share insights about the culture behind their teas and how each one is made, which adds a special touch to the experience. The presentation is professional, creative, and you can tell they put a lot of thought into every detail. I also really appreciate how innovative they are with their products, everything tastes amazing! The sugar-free and protein options are a huge plus for me, especially since I’m mindful of my macros. I’m always excited to come back and try something new. You won’t regret coming here 🙂

Definitely recommend visiting AsalBee. The interior decor is really nice, and the staff are really nice and get your order out to you quickly. I highly suggest the waffle with ice cream and honeycomb. It was so delicious, and I have never had honey with ice cream and waffle so it was a delicious surprise. I really enjoy the honey being added onto every item as it is quite unique for a place like this. They give you a small honey jar with your waffle order which is really cool. There is a decent amount of seating as well. Come through!

We stopped by Asal Bee and were blown away by the dessert. It was made with real honey, creamy ice cream, crispy wafers, pistachio cream, and chocolate sauce – every bite was heavenly! The staff were incredibly kind and even offered us a complimentary scoop of mango ice cream while we waited for our order. Honestly, we’d come back just for that mango ice cream – it was that good! Highly recommend this place if you’re looking for something sweet, unique, and made with care.

An excellent place to come enjoy good wholesome deserts without feeling guilty afterwards. All natural ingredients including fresh pine honey one of several to try. They also have teas and Coffees to accompany the deserts. The waffles are superbly made with fresh fruit and honey. A Must try when in town.

After a big dinner and a short walk away on Main St. The wife and I have been meaning to try this place. We LOVE honey who doesn’t, right! We shared the “Signature Protein Waffle” and the Lemon Ginger Tea. Everything was amazing, there were a few mmmms and OMG … A must try! 10 out of 10!

Asal Bee is such a special spot in New Jersey. The drinks are warm, inviting, and full of flavor with real honey, Middle Eastern spices, and creative touches you won’t find anywhere else. Everything feels thoughtfully made and full of heart.
The staff is incredibly generous and welcoming, they even offered me a sample of their delicious soft serve, which was amazing! It’s little things like that that make this place stand out. The whole vibe is cozy, stylish, and full of care.
If you’re looking for something unique, comforting, and crafted with intention, you’ll love it here. Can’t wait to come back.
