Really friendly staff. Just wanted hibachi at a table and the food was delicious. The bar/table-non-hibachi area is very strangely arranged with old leather couches like a waiting area, but the food was great and the service was top notch. I’d go back for sure.

I’ve had the same cook twice, he’s always a great COOK first and foremost. But he’s also talented in his entertaining skills. The food from the kitchen is also delicious. It is an “expensive” place to eat, but the food you get is worth the money you spend.

Food was good thats it. I didn’t enjoy the wait staff ignoring me completely acting like I wasn’t even there. When I go to a restaurant with my friends to enjoy food, I don’t like being treated like I don’t exist. I ended up losing my appetite and couldn’t even eat because of the staff. Definitely telling other not to waste time going. (Me and my friends are POC, definitely hope that’s wasn’t the reason for our treatment) Do better, discrimination is disgusting.

Tried ordering food here 3 times this week. The phone just rings and rings every day. Used to be one of the best places in Jackson but now I don’t know how they even stay in business with such lazy workers and managers! Tried coming in to eat and the workers were just standing around talking, barely acknowledged us coming in the door.

We came to Jackson to visit family and this place was recommended. Much different experience from what we’re used to with Sushi/Habachi grills. The first thing was that we had to run a waiter down for chopsticks, and they don’t have any noodles, just rice. We ordered the ‘Big B’ sushi roll, cucumber salad, miso soups, and scallops, lobster & steak from the hibachi. The sushi roll had good flavor, but fell apart when picking it up. The cucumber salad was just that, diced cucumbers in a dressing. The miso soups were delicious. The house salad was a bowl of dressing, with a little bit of lettuce on top. The scallops we had placed back on the grill because they were very undercooked. The lobster was good. The steak was ordered medium-rare, but was very rare/blue. Rice was excellent. Perhaps it was an off-night, or we just ordered incorrectly, but for $100+ we were very underwhelmed by the Habachi experience.

Food was delicious. We had friendly service from a new waiter in training. Our hibachi chef was friendly, but not very interactive. It was about $26 a plate including tip for 4 hibachi entree’ s and a sushi.
