First time trying, i ordered for lunch at work. I work in KOP and the food got here quickly and efficiently. It was a gamble trying without seeing the restaurant and I am wowed! The food was amazing and its nice to finally find some food that actually lives up to its name in being Hot Chicken! Thank you for not being weak on the heat!!

Clean & Cute! Love the style inside. The staff is very nice. I like that the smoothies are made to order with fresh fruit and not just spinning around in a machine all day. “Extra Hot” is the comfort level for me. Loaded fries are the best!

So I ordered the #1 off the menu at 12:30 am (via phone call) to pick up by 1am as i knew they were closing soon. I was driving home from work (in downtown Philly) to home in Plymouth Meeting and it said I will arrive at 12:59am. At those times only Wawa and Asads are open and i wanted some good food. While driving on Ridge Pike I was held up by the Septa passenger train railroad crossing that took 5 mins for some reason and now my GPS said I will arrive at 1:04am. I just knew they would be closed by then. I pull up and sure enough they were closed. I just sat in the parking lot mad that I didn’t make it on time and looked on GPS for the next best thing other than Wawa. While waiting a car pulled up next to me and sure enough I recognized the guy from Asads. He asked if I was OK I said yeah I missed u guys. I ordered on the phone and got held up by the train…he said wait…reached in the back seat and said this one is yours. I told him I only have a $20 bill and he said “its ok this one is on the house”. Thinking back i shouldve just gave him the whole $20 because that was top tier service AND I KNEW I was getting top tier food. The food was delicious per usual! Still reasonably hot as well. Thank you guys for superb service, nice food presentation, delicious food to eat and the fact you didn’t even charge me for it. Even though there is an Asads closer to me on Butler Pike I will only order from the one on Main Street moving forward.

It’s nice and clean. Customer service was good. I got a “hot” #2. The piece of chicken in the sandwich was big but it was LIKE BITING INTO A RAW MOUTHFUL OF PAPRIKA. There is zero flavor besides heat and paprika. One dimensional. They have spent a fortune to get me in here and I was very disappointed. I’m won’t be coming back. I was really excited and very disappointed.

Absolutely incredible chicken. The tenders were perfectly crispy on the outside and insanely juicy on the inside, with flavor all the way through. The seasoning had just the right kick without overpowering the chicken, and you can tell everything is made fresh. Every bite was hot, crunchy, and packed with flavor. Easily some of the best chicken I’ve had — I’ll definitely be coming back. Highly recommend.

Asad’s hot chicken was delicious! Upon arrival the place was colorful and vibrant and smelled incredible. I ordered the 2 slider combo ($14.99) which came with 2 sliders and fries and pickles and some of their signature sauce. The sandwiches were so good, the chicken was crispy and spicy, and there was some slaw and some pickles which is a must have for a great fried chicken sandwich. The only constructive criticism I might add for the sandwich is I’m not sure if it was prepared a bit ahead of time or what but I think there could’ve been another element of freshness added to the sandwich it had a more fast food chicken sandwich feel and I think maybe just making sure the coleslaw is added on cold out of the fridge after everything to go with the piping hot chicken it would bring the sandwich from a 9/10 to a 10/10 in terms of chicken sandwiches. The fries I really loved how they added the hot and spicy seasoning on them, I like my fries a little more crispy than how I was served but everyone has their own preference so all in all the fries were good. The pickles seemed extremely fresh and they were great. The Asad’s sauce was pretty good, however it was not my favorite out of the signature sauces made by chicken restaurants, but it was still delicious to dunk my sandwich into. My girlfriend and her friend both thoroughly enjoyed the food as well. Overall this restaurant is a place I would like to revisit again and definitely a place I would recommend to others in the area. Delicious chicken sandwiches and great friendly customer service, clean environment, and overall amazing.

New to this area. Was after my diner hours. Needed something different. The chick was super moist and had great flavor. We both got the hot not mild chicken. It was a change.slight sweetness on the tip of your tongue and heat on the back. Savory. The french fries just came out hot and crispy. great flavor the chocolate milkshake was chocolatey with real ice cream comes with whipped cream. I asked for no whipped cream. All in all the place was cleanliness. The people were and the food was excellent.

So I placed my order through their kiosk and when I was paying, it asked me if I wanted to tip. One, why would I tip if I am taking it to go and ordering through the kiosk, 2, how can I tip? If I don’t know what type of service I’m going to get I don’t know what the food is going to be like. This whole tipping thing is out of hand. And when the girl was giving me my food, she was like thank you I know what that was for if they would’ve focused on trying to do their job, they would have gotten more money from me because I was debating whether I should get a drink or not. Had she asked me if I wanted a drink I probably would’ve said yes.

The chicken also barely had any flavor. I had to dip it in the sauce which came in the 1 tiny cup. The fries wasn’t bad no complaints. All in all i will not be coming here again nor would I recommend this place

I’m convinced that most of the positive reviews are from bots if I’m getting service like that, there’s no way that all these positive reviews are from real people and real customers

The loaded fries are definitely the star of the show. That sauce they put on them with the cheese is just fantastic. The chicken sandwich is good but I didn’t find anything that spectacular about it. I’m pretty sure there was coleslaw on it (which I actually like). Could use a better bun. It fell all apart when I was eating it. I don’t know if they use real fruit for the smoothies or not but it tasted like it. Not sugary, just tasted like natural fruit blended. Pretty good size for $8 bucks. I deducted a star in my rating because I asked for the slider w/chicken tender and they either forgot the tender or gave me a different platter. Was a little disappointed bout that. The menu is pretty limited but all in all a decent chicken spot, worth stopping in and waiting in line. You can take out or dine in. The inside is kind of small though (probably bout 10 or so tables).
