Located inside the MCI Hilton Airport. There’s nothing around this place but this restaurant. Food is ok. The pork shoulder was so dry it felt like it was scratching my throat as it went down. Friendly folks and a relaxing atmosphere.

I want too excited about this place. I had the sample platter from the smoked section of the menu. While the beans, fries, chicken and ribs were good, the brisket was cold and dry as if it came from the cold cut deli at a nearby grocery store. The service was alright, I was just missing some Confidence in knowledge about the products they offer.

Rarely RARELY will I refrain from adding salt and pepper to my plate of food HOWEVER this day, the Chef was 5⭐ exceptional. I asked for a medium steak. It was indeed cooked medium. The seasoning and sear on the vegetable accompaniment was perfect. The potato wedges-crispy yet tender and moist on the inside. ThiS is what the elite Chefs speak of when they taste a perfect plate of food. Bravo to the Chef, She is amazing and pays attention to what we order. I will bring family here to sample the steak because this is a great cut of steak. Thank you Madame Chef, never ever doubt your powers. Thank you.

The food was okay. Priced incredibly high. My bloody Mary and chicken salad were $47. Crazy definitely wasn’t expecting that. The service was the only good part. If they are going to charge those high prices, it should taste way better.

Don’t try to order anything healthy here. I ordered a house salad with shrimp which costs $16 without tip included. House salad is microscopically small. Toppings were scarce. 4 shrimp on top is $7. If you want to feel like you wasted your money, definitely order it.
