Attended a conference in the Sheraton this was a good option there in the building didn’t have to leave the facility for lunch. The cost wasn’t bad considering for lunch spent $20 with tip for 2 of us even if one was just a lettuce wedge. The server staff was awesome very friendly and attentive however was disappointed in my burger it was cooked on fire grill, issue too burnt could taste burnt beef throughout. One of the coworkers at my table wasn’t happy with her cheese quesadilla said it tasted like seafood/shrimp good thing she was not allergic.

Stayed at the hotel for a few days. Hotel staff were great! Very friendly and accommodating. The restaurant is a different story. Came back from a late game and they sat us down to at 10:30. Food came out, everyone was eating and then at 11, the manager told everyone to leave. We just wanted to finish our meal, and when we did not leave, she came back with 4 security guards! Our kids were in there. Never again. Horrible customer service, and the next afternoon at check out when we spoke to the manager, we asked her if she had any input and were met with a simple “No”.

Although it looked promising, eating here was highly disappointing. The food I ordered was nearly inedible! The eggs were rubbery, the orange juice was watery, and my mushroom ravioli tasted like airplane food. They even managed to make ice cream bad. Along with bad food, the service was less than ideal. They forgot to take my sister’s order and they were often out of common menu items. Overall, the restaurant is ridiculously overpriced for the iffy experience I had.

Yesterday I got a $19 filet salad. The dressing and salad was good, but the filet was one-third gristle. Today I ordered a $14 crabcakes appetizer. They were good, but very small. There is a reason why this place isn’t busy at lunchtime.

Stayed at the Sheraton with a group of people.
Went to the restaurant to eat.
Restaurant was completely empty of customers.
We were told there was only 1 cook in the kitchen and it would be 1.5 hours to serve us.
We left and ate elsewhere.
Came back at 10pm after dinner for drinks. Understaffed and slow service.
Would not eat or drink here again. What do they do when they are busy??

I stopped in for a late lunch after arriving after my flight. Was served a crab bisque that was nothing but salt and wild mushroom ravioli that looked like it had been dumped out of a microwave container and tasted like it had been frozen. Really good service and the place is really cute but the food was nigh inedible.
