Went there today with a big group and service was amazing! Rose (server) and Mark (owner) went above and beyond to accommodate our big group. Food was great too! I had pasta and meatballs, pizza and salad and everything was delicious. Price super fair.

This was my first time here and I will be back very soon!! The pizza, sauce, meatballs, pasta, everything, was delicious!! I attended today with a women’s group and with some last minute cancellations the owner was kind and worked with our group. Our deepest apologies for any confusion but we truly appreciate the owner and staff working with us!! Rose was our waitress and she was so attentive, kind and always helpful. They have a lovely back party room that is a perfect place to have birthday parties, retirement celebrations and so much more! I can’t wait to go back with my family and have more pizza!! Highly recommend!!

A long time favorite from our days in North Olmsted. Met some friends. The waitress was very nice. She made some food suggestions that were good. Cannot remember the name of the burger. It had sour cream with it. My friend was hesitant to try it, but quickly changed her mind. She loved it. The pizza, as usual, was the best. We cannot get any good pizza where we live now. They were somewhat busy but that did not affect the service. As always, we will return. Best of pizza in North Olmsted

This was my first time at Arturo’s, and I would highly recommend. I was there with a large group, and they were very accommodating. Everything from the salad, the pizza, and the pasta and meatballs was delicious.The pizza crust is Especially delicious. Our server, Rose, was excellent. She was very observant and attended to all of our needs. I would highly recommend Arturo’s.

I went to Arturo’s this afternoon with a group of ladies in the party room. Our server was Rose and she was amazing. She was on top of everything and the pizza was SO good. I highly recommend. Very friendly staff and great good!

They have the best buttery flaky pizza crust and their pizzas are cooked to perfection. Their homemade marinara shines through and through. Their eggplant Parmesan is absolutely delicious and their raviolis are amazing! Highly recommend Arturo’s. The owner and his son have been in the business for over 41 years.

Went for early dinner on Friday. No one was in restaurant part only bar. We were seated and the waitress came over about 5 minutes later and took drink order. Finally got drinks 20 minutes later. I asked for water as well, but didn’t get it. Our food order was taken abd again I asked for water. I got a salad served and that’s it. We were ignored afterwards. Restaurant started filling up and our server was taking care of those customers. Meanwhile, 45 minutes plus we’re still waiting for our meals while those that arrived after us, some were being served meals already, but not us. We went to the bar to pay for what we had and said why. Manager came over and was very apologetic. We tried to pay twice, but she, the manager insisted that we don’t. We have always had great service, but this particular server acted like she was lost and didnt6want to be bothered with us. She needs to be gone. Not sure if we’ll return. Such a horrible experience to be ignored as a paying customer.

Service is terrible. We’ve tried several attempts to visit the bar for drinks and food, only to be met with bartenders that complain that customer “always need something”, get our drinks wrong, or forget to place our food order.
Once you sit down, you’re lucky to be acknowledged by anyone behind the bar, never mind service with a smile.
The food is great, but even the takeout waitstaff has to apologize for the delays or poor organization of staff.
We’re local and try to support local, but after the 5th time of same crappy service, we’re done.
