Got the Fall Butternut Squash and Prosciutto as well as the Carni, the all meat. Both fantastic…crust was perfect! Highly recommend giving them a try!

We came in one night for a quick dinner. This place is a counter service one where you pick your toppings similar to mod pizza. They have a lot of toppings and a good crust flavor. The place wasn’t phenomenal but it does the job if this is what you are looking for. The ice cream sandwich i purchased was really good though.

I didn’t get my cilantro and my husband seemed to be missing the sweet Italian sausage on his. We also picked picked it up on the way home and sat there for 30 minutes before we could get there. That was our fault. But the pizza’s were still pretty good. I think we will definitely try again when we can be there to make sure we get all the toppings we order. Can’t wait to try it fresh. We will be back.
UPDATE: second visit was way better. I went inside and ordered. I found out why I didn’t get my cilantro, it’s dried which has zero flavor, might as well used dried onion flakes too, Instead of fresh. It’s a waste of time and money putting dried cilantro on anything if it ain’t fresh it ain’t there. But it is the best pizza around these parts. I especially love the flavor in the crust.

In town for the weekend. Found this place on Google. Had good reviews so we tried it.
Glad we did. Of you’ve had Mod Pizza where they make thr pizzas in front of you and then placing them into a wood burning oven, you’ll love this place. Its better quality ingredients IMHO them Mod.
The workers were kind and respectful, seemed appreciative of our business.
The dining are was clean.
The 12 inch pizzas were delicious. I had the fig pizza, really good. We also had the Margherita with added prosciutto, and then a custom pepperoni, sausage, mushroom and spinach.
We requested an extra cook to get that crispy edge/crunch.
I recommend this place if you want good pizza. We each took home a slice and we’re full.
For dessert wr had thr cannelloni. Also good.

For the several years I have lived in Parker…I would always complain that we really don’t have many good pizza places. Of the many I tried, I was embarrassed to say that Papa Johns did a better job for quality of pizza than any pizza place considered “fancy” out here. I would have to go out of the city just to find decent Pizza, or settle for Costco pizza. I would go to Mod pizza if I wanted a custom pizza and that was…OK, but that is all until I learned about Artisan Pizza Co from a friend.
Ever since my first visit here, I stopped going out of my city, to Mod Pizza, and only ever visit Artisan for my pizza needs. This pizza is the most delicious pizza I’ve had in the years of living in Parker, and so glad it’s privately owned and not a corporate chain! The staff are all super friendly, the place is super clean. The ingredients are fresh and of great quality. If I want to cheat on my diet, I would instantly choose Artisan. It would be fair to say I think Papa Johns misses me now, haha.
Thank you Artisan Pizza for bringing delicious Pizza to Parker! Keep doing what you’re doing!
*For the record, if anyone says the pizza in my photos look crispy/burnt in some parts, this is because I specifically ask them to cook mine extra since I prefer the crispiness. And they make sure to cook mine that exceeds my expectations.

Update: Not so happy last time I ordered from Artisan Pizza. Pizza was placed on top of receipt and ink bled onto bottom of pizza. Image attached. Not very appetizing. I didn’t want to eat the pizza. Management said the ink used was non toxic and they were following their policies on how to box the pizza. Not willing to give me a refund, but offered a coupon for the next time I might want to eat a pizza in this condition. No thanks. Poor customer service and a policy / procedure that would be easy to change. Not going back. I had a better experience previously when eating in their dining room (see review below), but plenty of other local spots to support where I would be treated better.
Cute neighborhood pizza place with tasty, interesting pizza options. They offer crispy, thin crust pizza options (not a deep dish style). Orders are placed and paid for at the counter. They call your name when your order is ready. Not my favorite way to eat out, but acceptable for a quick lunch with friends. My pizza was ready within a few minutes and it tasted good. I’m sure I’ll stop back there again sometime.

Artisan has delicious pizza and salads. I eat gluten free pizza and not everyone can make that delicious, but Artisan has managed to perfect their gluten free. And my family loves their regular crust. They have a tone of fresh toppings to choose from and the toppings are one price.

Me and a group of 4 went out on a Saturday afternoon to Artisan for an early dinner. Our main issues occurred after ordering food and drink. One of our party had ordered a mojito which after awhile of watching other tables get drinks that they ordered after us with around 20 to 30 minutes since we ordered passing we decided just to ask to have the drink canceled which for some reason had our waiter really confused why we wanted to cancel a drink that we feared we never would get which was proven right when the waiter confessed he just didn’t put the order in which had us irritated because we sat and watched as he spent a lot of his time chatting it up with other mostly female tables while we were left waiting. Eventually after waiting for an extended amount of time our food slowly started to trickle out of the kitchen one by one. First was a cheese pizza with the most laughable crust I’ve ever seen to the point the waiter himself said they really messed up our friends pizza’s crust as if it was some kind of joke. I wish i had taken a picture it was that bad with multiple burned spots, half with barely any crust, and the other ballooned and collapsed honestly looking like someone stepped on it. Next were the 3 calzones we ordered some of the most expensive items on the menu. All three calzones were underfilled to the point one half of all the calzones didn’t have filling in the calzone and was just bread. We were disappointed too because the filling was great but it had seemed they were incapable of putting more than a teaspoon of it in their $20 meal. Also this is a place you will be paying for extra sauce like ranch which we did order a cup for our cheese pizza but just like the mojito our waiter had to be reminded because he really liked going and chatting it up with tables. There was a birthday in our party and the waiter did offer us a free dessert when we had first sat down which was great, but after the extended wait time and our waiter seeming to get more and more annoyed at us for just wondering about our food at the end of the meal we just wanted to get out of the spot and enjoy dessert and drinks anywhere else which on that strip isn’t that hard to do. All in all we just felt that the food was just too overpriced for the service and food we had received and there were too many other places around we would spend our time and money.
